Hello and help so confused Could you show how to cut the vinyl. A printing service in my area told me that I cannot cut a vinyl design by hand. So I have to have a special cutting machine and heat press?
You need a vinyl cutter to cut images out in vinyl.

Do you have any advice or videos for printing on construction work vests? Mostly asking because the holes that are in the vest material.
It shouldn't be too different from printing any other item just be sure to use some type of pallet adhesive and print flash print so the ink that gets on the pallet is dry to touch in between prints.
