Thank you for sharing this. I found it very useful while practicing for my test. I just passed my DMV test at Santa Teresa- same route as shown in this video.
@@uqbadali1778 No, for the final parking- as you enter through the entrance sign into the DMV parking lot, there is a left turn (you can see the gap for the left turn at 11:17 in the video)- followed by a stop sign- and parking spots reserved for the end of the test: you can park in any empty spots. (They tell you when to take this left after entering the DMV- so don’t worry) but don’t forget to stop at the stop sign before proceeding. 🙂
I took my test at Santa Teresa today, and this is exactly the route I took. The test was very simple and traffic slowed around the time of my test and I passed with only about 4 errors. Thank you for this video!
@ thanks! I booked the time at around 3:20 pm, but they were super backed up for some reason so my test didn’t start until like 3:45 ish. At that time there was basically little to no cars since Santa Teresa is a lot of office buildings and residential areas. People usually clear out of work there by 3ish from what I’ve seen. 10 shouldn’t be too bad since people have usually arrived at work then and aren’t out on the streets. I would just watch for pedestrians as it’s super easy to not see them and fail the test due to them. You got this and good luck!

Hi there, I'm about to take my driving test tomorrow at this DMV, and I have a question: 1:15 For this street (Via del Oro), shouldn't the speed limit be 35mph instead? It looks to be the same street connected to the second to last one (Via del Oro also), at 10:15, where the 35mph sign can be seen Also, during the Backing Up section, should you prioritize mainly looking through the back window of the car? While taking glances at the right side mirror? Or should I look at all mirrors? I was always taught to mainly look at the right side mirror, since I can better gauge how far away and how straight I'm backing along the curb. Also, when backing up, is it okay to have both hands on the steering wheel? People are saying that you should have your right hand on the back of the passenger seat, while your other left hand stays on the steering wheel. That seems kind of unstable though.
On the second right turn from via del oro to bernal road @ 1:33, if there's a car in front of you at a red light, can i merge into the bike lane and turn right on red? or should i wait for it to be green and wait for the car in front of me to cross the intersection and then proceed to make my right turn?
Hi Paul, There are 5 main routes if you complete those other sub-routes should be covered. Pls join our membership program to see all the 5 main routes. Good luck for your test!!
There are 5 Routes, Pls practice on all routes, you may be aware of all surrounding signs and road speed. If you remember the route, it will be easy for you to focus on driving during your behind the wheels test. Good Luck!

omgg that’s great how was it?? i’m taking my test on 10/23 for the backing up portion on the curb is it the same one shown on the video??
and was the parking towards the end the same route like going around all the way and turning right to park??
@@uqbadali1778 Hi, my backing test was done on the Golf Course Ln shown at 2:54 in the video.

@ukiyozz I passed with 5 mistakes and took this exact route luckily 🙏
Are you telling me that my racist test instructor failed me for 1 mistake yet you passed with 5 mistakes? Fuck that!
@@casoarcano830i’m not saying u did but u might’ve made one of the mistakes that make u auto-fail

you can if there is sufficient space to get into.
when theres two or three lanes and two left turn lanes appear before an intersection, do you have to check blind spot on the test or not
at 8:21 do you have to check blind spot to get into far left lane
i dont think so a new lane is being created so theres no way a car would be there i'd still check to be safe though

When you merge, do the examiner mark is fail when you turn your left signal on for it, when they don’t ask you?
I think you are supposed to turn your signal on when your merge, so just do it even if they don't ask
Is this route the most common route?
