Thanks mate, helpful video. I’m in my 70’s, eyes aren’t as good and hand/eye coordination isn’t what it used to be so your videos are appreciated. Just a question, on modern vehicles like my Fortuner I’ve been told to open the bleed screw on the caliber when pushing the pistons back to avoid back pressure on the ABS modulator. Is that right.?

When pushing pads with screwdrivers on 24:00 , next time do it while old rotors are still there so you are not worried about scratching new ones

I'm a new owner to a Toyota Hilux mine is a 2017 I believe the pads are original there's about 60,000 km on them but the wear indicators getting close question The way the pads are installed on my truck the wear indicators on the outside of the rotor not on the inside like you've done here and those pads have been on original from Toyota and never changed Is there a reason you would put them on the inside or the outside or does the model year make much difference? Thank you for the video super informative

Sorry I should also ask another question I bought a new set of OEM pads from Toyota here in Costa Rica where I live They don't come with copper grease in the box for some reason what other types of grease can be used if they're not supplying it with them I'm really avoiding going to Toyota to do the work because the prices are obscene but I do like to use OEM parts if I can afford it😉
