Nice Video and detailed also. I have basically the same Spyder as your demo but a Sea to Sky. I have the Zumo XT2 now. I tried the center mount for the Zumo on the handlebars but found myself looking down and then not seeing the road as good. Moved to center above the gauge and used double sided GM tape and positioned the base mount in the middle of the main gauge. And just below the windshield. Now it is just a quick glance to see GPS and hardly even taking eyes off road. Thanks for your videos though like always. Really enjoy them and looking forward to the white stuff videos also.
Thanks Craig and I totally agree. The further up it's positioned, the more focused you can be on the road so I like this position a lot. Appreciate you watching our videos, as we are trying to mix it up a bit with some different content and I do love these Spyders! Cheers, Mike
Mike....Does it cause a problem turning when the GPS moves around? I'm wondering if it would be better mounted on top of the dash below the windshield. Cheers.
You cannot use the USB cable in glovebox. It is only for hooking up to Garmin Connect and will not charge or power anything. At least that's the way it is on my 2022 RTL
