सु डोकु (Sudoku या Su Doku) एक खेल है जो वर्ग पहेली या शतरंज की पहेलियों की तरह अखबार में छपता है। एक शाब्दिक वर्ग पहेली की तरह इस में एक वर्ग के अन्दर ९x९ के (या ६x६) खाने बने होते हैं। इस खेल का उद्देश्य होता है एक पंक्ति या स्तंभ (आड़ी या खड़ी लाइन) में १ से ९ तक के अंकों को इस तरह भरना कि कोई अंक एक पंक्ति में दुबारा ना आये और ना ही ३x३ के वर्ग में ही।
जापानी में सु डोकु का अर्थ होता है "अकेला अंक"।
इस खेल का आकर्षण यह है कि इस खेल के नियम बहुत आसान होने पर भी इसे पूरा करना मुश्किल होता है। आमतौर पर ९x९ के खानों में कुछ अंक पहले से ही दिये होते हैं। खेलने वाले का काम है बाकी खाली खानों को भरना, इस तरह से कि कोई अंक एक पंक्ति या ३x३ के खानों में दुबारा ना आये।
सबसे पहले सु डोकु १९७० में न्यु यार्क में प्रकशित हुआ था। यह पहेली १९८४ में जापान में निकोली अखबार में शुरु हुई। २००५ में यह अन्तरराष्ट्रीय स्तर पर लोक्प्रिय हो गयी। भारत में भी कई अखबारों में इसका प्रकाशन शुरु हो गया है |
