From snapped shovels to missing boot tacks and even broken overall clips …… These old timers had it ruff out there !! 😂⛏️ Nice nugs gary … watching you pull those out Id have been washing my mouth out with that charcoal soap for days ….. Looks like Your out of your 2 gram rut ✨🤙
Dear Gary, I am writing to you from Turkey. I try to watch all your videos regardless of the dates. I think I learned something about rock cracks and crevices.Yesterday, I worked on a point where gold was very unlikely and I saw that I was successful. I found heavy metals and remembered you with a smile. Thank you very much for what you taught me, my friend. Stay healthy.
The good areas we clean them targets up for the last 40 years we dug wrecked moved rock piles cut the brush back filled the dichs use neodymium magnet in a row covered put a thin plastic lay er. Target or in a pile it’s all on the surface there’s a reason for it . You do a good job at finding them a spots That we Missed .. There’s been many different detecting groups in them pits.. You’re in a good area especially if you find some trash that hasn’t been dug and rock piles you could move Or you could dig and rake remember there’s been professionals over and over and over then pits walk around just finding random nuggets Even with improved technology not many people listen for the deeper targets. We skipped a lot of the trashy areas but there’s been people behind us. Can you can tell if it’s metal or nonferrous. We never dug for relics we were just leave them for piles and a lot of people had a field day at our pile you’re not really supposed to take them in some areas.. Our motto was concentrate on gold not pretty rocks shiny rocks rusty old things etc. Even though I have like 5000 bottles the best ones were stolen that’s what happens you display them in your windows your windows and you’re not home. Even though gold prices are what they are today I’ve been digging bottles private property some of the bottles are worth more than gold .
Jesus...hard-core hunter here..I strive to be but damn it's really really difficult. Thanks for chimin' in you obviously know. And if you know..then you know
I watch three other gold hunters besides you but your videos are the best. You are consistent and the high Sierra's cant be beat. Maybe someday I'll get to visit them. My time is getting shorter. Next b'day is 70.
Damn! Gary killer job! But I gotta say as a 30yr tile an stone guy it makes me cringe seeing kneel on all those rocks n stuff without knee pads...yikes! Keep up the good work brother
Hey Gary, really liked this video. Detecting trashy spots has been a productive method for me too. Especially in places that have been heavily worked. I often accuse dectorists of being lazy when they don't detect the trash patches but that makes me a hypocrite because I walk away from trash patches all the time 😆. Though I have found some lunkers under piles of nails.
Hey Gary just a quick post to say that your Audio was just fine. As long as there's not any (or much) wind, the camera Mic's serve their purpose's pretty well. Congrats on still beating the 2 gram days!
Staying ahead of that 2 gram rut has been your goal all season! And youve done an awesome job so far! Still waiting to see you find that big lunker! Its out there...waiting for you! Thanks Gary! Youre the best!
when you said you think that you can get up there again before the rain starts I said to myself that would be super cool if you took me so then I can look for bottle while he looks for gold,, and two seconds after i said that , you said you wanted to look for bottles ,, thats so crazy, .. man i wish i could tag along.. good luck. :-)
Do you have some tips on finding hydro pits that are unclaimed? Seems 90% of them are already claimed or on private property. Still enjoy the video for when I eventually find one to go to.
As a newbie I’ve found your videos so helpful, so I’d like to thank you first off. Secondly, when I comes to panning and working crevices along the river how do you go about making certain you’re not on someone else’s claim? Could you do a video on your methods of research? Thanks again! I’m going to keep watching!
@TwoToes awesome! I’m looking forward to it! Keep up the great content. Your nuggets of knowledge are invaluable, I know I sure do appreciate them. My buddy and I have nearly watched all your videos. (Some multiple times). It’s gotten to the point that when I’m out on the river I hear your voice in my head giving me pointers. “Look for better bedrock. Find where the heavies are. Does the gravel looked packed, then it might be a good crevice?” I’m headed back to watch some more, I’ve got a lot learn and you make it really fun.
What kind of a machine do you recommend specific for gold coin searching except of those expensive Minelab machines they use in Australia for nuggets!? Greetings from Hungary.

Been trying to get glacier gold in Ohio but the creek is barely flowing. Thank goodness for Gary!!!
I am amazed at what it is that metal detector can’t pick up

I haven't had a summer This year. It's like it's between spring and autumn. Nice gold and treasure 👍💚💛❤️
Those were great finds. It definitely took some work though.

Clean miners that didn't cleanup all that shiny!!!!
Morning Gary 🇺🇸🇦🇺🎃👻
Morning
Heck yeah your outta that 2g rutt love it nice 😊
Great information, thanks for all you do.🇺🇸⛏️
Thanks enjoy watching you and learning along the way. Tom I’m in Ohio with flower gold what metal detector would u recommend?
Good video. Thanks.
Two Toes rocks...
Almost $270 worth of gold, that’s a very good day
Sounds great.
I wanna be you, great video, keep them coming
That first spot looked really good to me. Did you rake any of the loose rock to expose more bedrock?
I try to keep the loop as close to the bedrock as I can, so yes - I kick a lot of rock every trip out! lol
As a newbie I’ve found your videos so helpful, so I’d like to thank you first off. Secondly, when I comes to panning and working crevices along the river how do you go about making certain you’re not on someone else’s claim? Could you do a video on your methods of research? I get the claim question a lot, I will do a video on it. Thx

Two Toes Knows Where The Gold Goes
Hello Gary, How does the whites TDI with the 12 in loop work up there.
I was thinking that wedge was from out of the top of a pick-axe handle.
Treasure”s are golden too 😅
I don't think that wedge was for breaking cracks open. I think it was used to hold an ax head on the handle.
I think you on the right trail but a pick maybe.
Which detector do you reccomend for gold coin specifically!?
Nice day detect ing.
Nice day blessings
Nice
Ledford House is seeking abalone steaks and gold... not necessarily in that order !
I do miss abalone.
What kind of a machine do you recommend specific for gold coin searching except of those expensive Minelab machines they use in Australia for nuggets!?
Greetings from Hungary.
For relic hunting in general a XP Deus is a great machine, one of the best on the market 👌🏻
Nokta Legend
Do you still use your Tdi sir?
I have been using the Minelab sdc2300, it works well, and I can put it in my pack for the hike in and out.
Im waiting for winter so I can hunt better in NC. TOO MANY SANKES 😅
Morn’n
Good Morning Ron
LOCATION ?
Pretty sure it's California lol. 😂
My opinion easiest video to watch till the end because that annoying detector sound is blaring thru my phone. In the field I'm sure it's different
! Who's on First ?
Kinda nice not hearing that .
