INGREDIENTS:
For Pudding:
* Full Cream Milk (फुल क्रीम दूध) - 2 cup/500 ml
* Cornflour (कॉर्नफ्लोर) - 2 spoon
* Vanilla Custard Powder (वेनिला कस्टर्ड पाउडर) - 1 spoon
* Sugar (चीनी) - 4 spoon
* Fresh Milk Cream (मलाई) - 2 tbsp
* Leftover Rusk (बचा हुआ तोष)
* Leftover Rasgulla (बचा हुआ रसगुल्ला)
* Leftover Cake (बचा हुआ केक)
For Garnishing:
* Desiccated Coconut (नारियल बुरादा)
* Almonds (बादाम)
* Cherries/Tutti Frutti (चेरी/टूटी फ्रूटी)
* Saffron Milk (केसर दूध)
RECIPE:
Take some Milk, add Corn Flour & Vanilla Custard Powder in it. Mix it well.
In a pan, put Milk & Sugar & boil it. When it starts boiling put Custard Powder & Milk Mixture & some Fresh Cream then cook it till it turns thick on slow flame. In a tary/bowl, put some Leftover Rusks, put some Sugar Syrup then keep Cake Slices on it. Put the Custard on it. Then put Rasgullas, Custard, Desiccated Coconut & garnish it with Almonds, Tutti Frutti & Saffron Milk. Keep the Pudding in fridge for 1-2 hours & serve it.

from left over gulab jamun syrup n left over extra bread I shallow fry the bread in four square pieces in pure ghee till dark brown like toast n it's shahi toast ready decorated with saffron leaves.
