@@Triptastrophie Honestly, the only things that the 2SS offers over the SS are purely interior/comfort features, like the heated steering wheel or extra lighting. I don't really see the benefit of it, but if that's for you, go for it!
Looking to get a 2010 1st with a ls3 too, would you recommend it for a 21 year old? Am I too young still? I been driving since 16 years old with 0 accidents, and 0 tickets.
I lucked into my dream 2013 Camaro SS/RS when a guy backed out of his custom order. It’s a sleeper setup with a Tremec TR6060 and factory short-throw shifter (service techs rave about it), Pirelli P Zero tires (255/40ZR20 front, 285/35ZR20 rear), Brembo brakes, no racing stripes (clean silver), and a K&N Cold Air Intake. Sometimes, the perfect street build just finds you!
I wish I had an SS man, im working with what I got but theres like no mod support for the LLT V6 besides some stuff in australia with the UTE community
Great video and I enjoyed the content. If I can make one recommendation, can we get some links to the recommended parts so we could have the ability to research them. Yes I know you mentioned them but a link would be more useful. Maybe even an affiliated like that we can get a percentage of the purchase. Again, great video.
Yes I am disregarding some of the safety features such as drive shaft and sway bars but if you are staying 600 or under you should be sitting comfortable
So, you just come up with ideas for builds and post them without testing or trying them? These are bad ideas. You look young. Get some experience. It’s a good start for ideas, but this is trash in the real world. It’s like how to make your Camaro worthless and garbage class 101.
@matthewhill1163 when researching these videos I check different videos of what other people are running for their build, articles on builds from companies that sell parts for the platform, and much more. This is not just a random mix of parts I choose and run with. Thanks for the engagement boost.
Just got a 2010 SS with the LS3. Using this video to try and figure out my build!
Hoping to get the ss, any differences you’d recommend between the 2SS and SS

Big boy mods but certainly necessary. I did a very similar route
What are your dyno results?
how are the internals of the motor holding up so far? would i also have to upgrade rods and piston? or what about cams?

Definitely sucks that the V6 gets left behind. I know it’s not the big V8 that people drool at but would still be nice for some support!
I always said if you're going for a looks build, the V6 is fine. Power build, V8.
Love your take on SS will be looking into some of these mods!
Pontiac GTO build for the next video.
Axles are a must, I just got my ss but the guy I bought it from broke 2 in a row
Hoping to buy an ls3 ss in the near future. underated vid, thank you!
I believe in you
I'm guessing you forgot about the 14 15 z28

Previous owner already put the borla exhaust on. Everything else looks stock.
For 23k I could buy a used Camaro ss off marketplace with headers exhaust intake, cam it throw nitrous in and hit 600hp
