  • For Chef Eduardo Garcia, food is more than just for survival-it’s meant to be shared. His experience with food and cooking has taken him to remote corners of the world, has served as a way to connect with others in a meaningful way, and has even been a way to heal himself in the face of tragedy. Watch to learn more about Eduardo’s story.

I have always found your story to be very moving and inspirational. I too a hunter and I could only wish I could cook as well. Haha. I must ask, why the change from the original story of cutting the paw off of a dead bear cub to cutting a “can” that led to the electrical shock?

He had a hunting experience. Touched a live trap. Watch his documentary on Amazon Prime. Such a good documentary. I highly recommend it.
