Great lesson. Can't wait to work on it.
so cool how small details make it sound so much better! jack you have a very creative mind!
Great lesson. Thanks, Jack!
Fantastic, now I have something to start working on when I take a break from working on all the triad stuff! Thank you sooooo much Jack.
Excellent lesson Jack , much obliged
This is gold man. Glad I stumbled over it. Many thanks.
Very good explanation! Thank you!
So good! Simplicity that lead straight down into the belly of the beast!
What a great lesson!! You exemplify the beauty and power of keeping it simple.
Love watching your videos, Jack. Well explained and demonstrated. Great examples of "less is more". Once I shifted my focus to diads and triads my backing playing immediately improved.
Thanks Jack, I needed this.
Jack, this lesson is gold dust for the amount you pack into 15 min. Going to get the triad course ASAP
Your lesson are the perfect way to spend a mellow Sunday!!!
Great lesson Jack. Thanks!
Great content and presented really clearly. Love it.
Excellent & simple stuff dude!!! Thank you!!!
great lesson
Pure gold lesson.. thanks so much Jack. Great musician and teacher 🎸🖖🏻
Very good teaching
Always wondered how that was done. Thanks, Jack!
Cool lesson! I'll use that tomorrow.
Awesome stuff. More rhythm please 🎸
This lesson is amazing. Thanks a lot ❤
Excellent Jack thank you 👍
“Groovy” !!
🤘😎
Thanks Jack !! 👍
another great lesson...
Merci, very useful.
The rest of the band loves you when you do this and it's so much fun to do. 😎🤓
Thanks. Relating it back to the 9 chord shape helps visualise. People can also mix it into funk strumming. Ties in with some major/minor stuff I'm learning about sliding into the 3rd.
Proverbial Keys To The Kingdom....Perfect for R&B, blues and soul...Gracias otra vez!
Absolutely Brilliant.
Beautiful
This is simply the best lesson I've seen online. Maybe, cant really remember them all, but as far as a concise video covering broad ground, wow. You get your boat and can row it too.
This is great jack especially on a Tele, thank you Steve Manchester UK ✌️
Love it!!
Excellent. 🙏👍
way to break it down to the nubs. Thanks Jack!
Excellent lesson, like giving away little secrets for mr. Thanks a lot
Jim, your teaching is so calm and easy to Liston to and follow! Thanks.
Jim from Western PA
Isn’t it Jack?
thnks n good lesson
Now that's rhythm - thanks Jack.
This is great
Great lesson. I've worked on the 3r/7th diads but haven't seen it applied to something I'd actually play.
What a fantastic video have a good weekend also Monday is Thanksgiving in Canada Jack ❤😊
Whoa, what a deceptively simple but CRUCIAL lesson. Thank you!
Brother, that is soo good. You pointed me to the seemingly little things that can make such a huge difference. Pure gold! Thank you, Jack!
Hi Jack, what's up!? Your tips are pretty much what Tim Lerch keeps saying when he talks about the blues: keep it simple, care for little details, reduce to the really necessary, don't get in the way of others in the band.
Despite a couple gigs I am still at the very beginning of playing in a band, trying to get my skills to a decent comping level.
Your video helped me focus on essentials once again. We have to trust the listeners' ears to fill in what is in the chords, I guess.
Thank you for pointing that out.
Your triad course with Brett Papa was a real lightbulb moment for me! I can't wait till part II comes out.
That’s great!
Same for me.
And me. Thanks Jack
Same here..🎉
I'm about to check that video out, thanks to this comment for pointing me in the right direction 👍
Excellent lesson! You really put a lot of good information in this.
JR has an eye for "our" weaknesses.....
Just telling us how the right hand is so important.
Thank you.😅
Your guitar sounds very good.I thought it looked like Robben Ford's vintage telecaster.
If you have a chance, I would like you to release a video introducing the equipment you use.
Great guitar lesson. What app are you using with your telecaster?
👍👏
Love your vid lessons Jack but if it wouldn’t be any trouble is it possible to put it in tab I’m more of a visual learning person but if not it’s cool just as much I’m watching and learning w/ ya either way bud!!
Just play an A7 and highlight those notes. I was doing this already. Playing in the mix comes naturally
I agree, I do see an advantage in saving my aging hands some pain on a long night though.
what make is the guitar?
How about playing rhythm by yourself. Could you please make video. Thanks
🎸🔊🎶🤘✌️♥️🤟
Thanks for the upload, however (there's always a "however"!), I try to focus on the sounds, note. So, and your finger positions. You are playing the opening diad but although you are playing adjacent frets, you have your 4rd finger obscuring the thingy. It might be more helpful if you used fingers 3. & 4 so it's clearer for the viewer. Many thanks, sir!
👍

I always enjoy your videos Jack. Keep up the good work.
