i think the choice is not real. i think liu kang is GOod aligned but to the point were hes sof ar past the point that hes evil, corrupted that your free but if you choose wrong i rip you in half wiht dragons and basically hes benovelont but you have no real choice. so shang tsung is basically anti hero hes not a good guy but he is fighting to restore free choice
Very Underwhelming, same OP Characters over and over again. Redesigns look pretty lame as well. I was hoping to see something different like Havik going up against Smoke but we get the expected Lui Kang resets the timeline crap. Over the top gore to compensate for a weak storyline, and where the hell is this location, looks like Wo Long, Ghosts Of Tsushima maybe Sekiro, not Mortal Kombat.
At least several portions are clearly real-time: the fatalities at the end, for example. I'd venture to guess the cut-scenes are using high-quality in-game assets, such as the ones you see in the victory poses (regardless of whether the rendering itself is real-time or not). :)
