Just a heads up, the quality of the video might be the best as I re-recorded the answer Tuesday night into Wednesday morning and didn't have much time to edit the video together. It might be better as a listen than actually watching the video. Also an apology if we didn't answer your question, we tried to cover as many topics as possible. If we didn't answer your video try leaving it as a comment down below and we'll try to answer it over this weekend when I'm not playing Smash. Our next holiday-related video will be out sometime before Christmas, thank you to everyone again for the questions and the support!
@ bhunt799 Movies I would like to see become theme park rides would be Godzilla/Scott Pilgrim Vs The World/Pacific Rim/Mad Max:Fury Road/Cloverfield @DressyEye 678098 no problem! I don't want people sitting though the entire video looking for a specific question. @Andrew B Favorite Disney Movie - Monsters Inc Favorite Non Disney Movie - Back To The Future
"Do you play Fortnite?" was definitely the most important question in the whole video. Thanks for answering it! The whole world appreaciates it! 😃 I really enjoyed this video. 👍
The thing I appreciate the most about your videos (other than the actual content) is your editing. I find it hard to watch these types of videos when 50% of the time it's the person making them sitting in front of a mic. Your editing and use of so many pictures and videos of the subject matter is fantastic. Keep up the great work. A video I would like to see is Poseidon's Fury from Islands of Adventure.
Thanks flaco171ac! I've seen that problem with enough channels (doesn't matter what the topic is) where there's more footage of themselves than the content they're covering. I don't have anything against it but it can be distracting at times. I've always said that I never want to be the focus of the channel, the theme park attractions, shows and parks should be. That's why we try to include as many photos and videos as we can find about what we're covering, so I don't have any excuse to put on my face on screen lol. Consider Poseidon's Fury to be added to the list, thank you for the suggestion!
It's rare to see a UA-cam channel that prefers Universal over Disney. At this point in time i feel like Disney is a way better park but if Universal kept making attractions like Jurrasic park, Jaws, and the mummy they could EASILY over take Disney.
In general, Disney will always be better than Universal but I've always enjoyed the type of attractions Universal has more. Those attractions you mentioned do such a great job of telling a story and creating an atmosphere that's pretty memorable. Things, like the creepiness of the queue and employees for ROTM, the skipper for Jaws and the entire area for Jurassic Park help set the mood of what's to come. Disney has gotten much better over the last 10 years with that (Pandora/Expedition Everest/Test Track/Star Tours to name a few) and definitely will include it with Galaxy's Edge and the Marvel attractions coming to their parks. Shame that Universal hasn't created more attractions like the one's you've mentioned because they would definitely give Disney a run when it came to some of their parks but lately all their new attractions just feel cheap cash-ins.
Disney will always be better, but I love Universal almost as much as Disney! They will now add Nintendo World! And have Jurassic Park, Harry Potter, Marvel, Dr. Seuss & many other things I love!
Theme Park History Totally agree with that. However, since Comcast from what I hear has terrible customer service for those that had them, did that Jimmy Fallon ride which is stupid I agree, they like the other companies that don't care about their customers are eventually going to feel the sting from their repetition of mistakes. I sometimes sound pessimistic about this but the entertainment industry is literally dying and there is proof. I may not have read much comics but even that is dying. Fact of the matter is, these companies don't learn at all from their mistakes (most of the time). If they seriously worried less about the whole "keeping up with" mentality and let those doing the area with their ideas do their thing like you said about Japan, things would be vastly different. But if there's anything that I and many others have put together, is that those who never been to these places, bought and supported franchises etc. etc. are those who have dumb upbringings. (I know that there's those who say that I am going a bit political and I don't care what they feel, but to sum it up: these days overstimulation is a mind number. Technology, when over relied on becomes dull like the parts that make it. And you yourself stated that in your video. Turn out will drop. 9.9 times out of 10, they have already forgotten about the entertainment part of their business. As soon as that happens, eventual domino effect. Quality over quantity is something that noob companies and even old ones forget about time and again. Same with these theme parks (Disney and Universal mostly) in part due to the ones running them. I may live in California, but I admit that forgetting what makes something great for the sake of change kills the experience. It's been proven. You know it. I know it. Lots of people know it that have gone through this. But here is where I have to be harsh. Showcasing diversity is hypocrisy at its highest because of excluding thought/thinking. It does nothing. They don't know diversity. Hell the illiteracy with my pathetic generation (Gen Y) is astronomically ridiculous. Even in the comments section from time to time. Don't get me wrong, I am saying they exist simply. But overall, I think that forgetting the roots is why these popular parks in America (the obvious ones) will suffer to a degree in the long run. Anyway, I'm glad you hit the milestone. Congrats and I look forward to seeing more videos.
It is SO COOL to know there's another fellow Theme Park nerd in NYC! I knew they must exist, but as one myself, I always felt I was part of a very tiny tribe.
In this city you would be surprised how many liked minded people there are. It's just nobody talks about because they figure the city is already like a theme park lol.
Legends of the Hidden Temple was one of my favorite game shows. Next to Figure It Out, What Would You Do and Wild and Crazy Kids. Aw, childhood memories.
Ah the nostalgia. I remember that they temporarily had some of the episodes on iTunes but they eventually took it out and replaced it with a movie with nods to it (Ugh!). Anyway, I pretty much made a speech/possible rant in the comments section if you have time to read it but I admit that I sometimes see Marc Summers on those Food Network channel shows (Unwrapped, Best Thing I Ever Ate) since he was also a host on one of the Nickelodeon shows back in the 90s
@@KRw0lf Yes. And I hope one day they will reboot Wild and Crazy Kids and What Would You Do. Of course that would be confusing seeing as how there's already a show called What Would You Do.
FANTASTIC Q&A, Jack!!! Thank you so very much for answering my question. It was my second shout out from a UA-camr ever. I got to go to Florida back in 2012/2013 and experience all the Disney and Universal parks. I do agree with you The Amazing Adventures of Spider-Man 3D is AMAZING. Unlike anything I have ever experienced. At the end of the day, I am still partial to Back to the Future: The Ride. Was HEARTBROKEN when it left the park. Hill Valley and Back to the Future: The Ride in place of The Simpsons Ride and Springfield would be BEYOND epic proportions. I also agree with you on a Mighty Morphin' Power Rangers ride. It can TOTALLY be done, ESPECIALLY, with Universal purchasing Hasbro, and Hasbro purchasing Power Rangers. It CAN be done!!! Oh, and last, but not least, with Disney purchasing Fox, they now have a reason to bring back Alien Encounter, only this time, make it Alien (1979)-themed!!! Again, thank you so much for answering my question, and keep up the amazing work. Oh, yeah, and I am HEAD OVER HEELS IN LOVE WITH THAT 1989 UNIVERSAL STUDIOS FLORIDA BROCHURE. DID YOUR SISTER SAY WHERE SHE GOT IT, SPECIFICALLY? ME WANTS ONE!!!
“Why does Jimmy Fallon need a ride?” I’ve been saying that since they announced the attraction was taking over twister when the rumors started Glad I’m not the only one that’s said it Also I agree with all your points especially the simulator situation. It’s not popular but cost effective counts Also thanks for asking my question loving your work like always Recommendation is definitely Busch Gardens Williamsburg they got coasters but they also got some animals there but incredible theming around the area for the European countries
I'm getting so many Disney/Universal tattoos. Loved going to Disney every year and working at Universal Orlando. Miss Florida. Great video Jack, keep it up.
Thank you so much David! I've honestly never thought about getting a tattoo but getting one that was related to the theme parks would that bad of an idea!
This was very cool...Thanks for this year, Jack ...also, nice to know what to call you! Also, you have almost Exactly the same music tastes AND video game tastes as my 24 year old son (Smash! He lined up in the rain at midnight to get his copy!)..he’s the coolest person I know, so take the comparison as the highest compliment I can give you!
Thank you so much edvaira6891! Being compared to the coolest person you know is some high praise! Hope he's enjoying Smash as much as I am, even though I'm not that good at it lol.
Theme Park History, I'm only catching this video now, but my comment is still relevant. I just want to say thank you for your observations on how it must be to work in a theme park during peak season; that is, Christmas, Spring Break, summer time (June thru August). I have seen tour guides with their flags take their group and usher them into the "single riders" line of Jurassic Park The Ride. That clogs up that line and forces its temporary closure. No one else can go until the line gets shorter. I've not been on the other end of that line, but I'm sure it continues to happen that people want to sit together. They pretend not to understand "you will be separated". Hopefully your followers will have the same respect and understanding whenever they visit a theme park, as you do, of how difficult it is sometimes. Thanks for making fun-fact style videos and doing all the research. Keep it up! (Oh, and yeah, I'm an employee of your favorite Park -West Coast). Psst...Nintendo has already started construction; as has The Secret Life Of Pets. (Sorry if I sounded like I was babbling on and on)
Thank you for answering my question Jack! I love your channel and always look forward to new videos! Because of you I know so much more about universal and totally blab about the history every time I go! Lol can’t wait to see what the future holds for your channel!!!!
No problem Mandy! Thank you again for your question, it's awesome to hear that we're helping people when it comes to learning about the history of the Universal theme parks.
I honestly think we’d be best friends. You’re the same person as me: Sports, video games, and theme parks. Congrats on 25k man. Favorite UA-cam channel out there.
*Inserts "Did We Just Become Best Friends?" Gif from Step Brothers* Honestly I'm shocked to see how many people relate to what I talked about, I thought I might have stood out a bit for my tastes but now I know there are at least dozens of us! DOZENS! Thank you again for your question Dominik, we really do appreciate the support!
Hahaha good one! This was one of my favorite videos to watch I love learning about you tubers I watch and yours was hands down the most interesting and fun cause it had to do with theme parks and no one covers them like you! Keep it up man. Can’t wait for the next video. If I could make one suggestion as we’ll continue to do the polls I really enjoyed those!
I know creating fear is putting it strongly and probably more suited for something like HHN but honestly when you think of many of the attractions at Universal (Kong/Jaws/JP/Mummy/Earthquake/Twister) that's what they're doing. They put us in a dire situation where we might meet our demise but always come out with a happy ending. It's something that you don't see that much at Disney. When they've done it (Alien Encounter and Dinosaur are the first that come to mind) it's been pretty good but they've received backlash for being too scary.
Theme Park History It's that backlash and easily caving to stupidity that makes quality suffer. It's about choice. Why bother going to something that will likely cause scares if you know you can not handle it? Common sense. Now unless you are trying hard as hell to get over it, then fine, but otherwise...listen to your gut and don't go.
It would be cool if they had a interactive super smash bros ride where you move how your character is moving like up down and jumping and things that would be awesome
I worked at Universal Studios Hollywood for TWO summers, one summer at Harry Potter World and the other at Jurassic Park the Ride. My experiences with bad foreign guests were primarily from Asian countries (no disrespect). They would come in a group of like 32 and expect me to fit them all into the Jurassic Park boat which only fits 25 people. And there definitely were times they'd come through the single rider line. The language barrier is definitely a challenge as a ride operator
A group of 32? Geez. I like to always treat cast members/workers very well. I have so much respect for the performers, those who dress and characters and have to stay in character and interact with people for hours or do shows. Most of them do their best to entertain us.
@@Seroxm13 Yeah, they would come in large groups. Learning to split the groups evenly was one of the hardest things about that job. It was 5 people per row and if I put more than that they'd have to shut down the ride loading platform. But yeah, the job can be a bit grueling (especially Jurassic Park). I definitely have a new found respect for theme park workers
Pirates of the Caribbean has been added to the list, thank you for the suggestion Avenge. That must have been torture to be stuck there not once but three times. Talk about bad luck.
Oh no! I missed asking a question! First off, don't change your voice haha you sound great. I like how serious and passionate you sound and care for what you're talking about. You sound genuine. It's great. I also like how you like to call everyone out and take time to respond to people on here and mention them in the videos. You treat your followers well! If I were to ask a question, it would have been do you have a day job? What is it? Couldn't find it in the video if you do mention that.
Thank you so much Jason! I try to respond to as many comments as I possibly can when I have the time. Seems like it's only fair: if you're willing to take time out of your day to watch our videos and leave us a comment, I should be able to respond. Obviously as the channel grows this will become harder but that doesn't mean I'll stop replying! For your question I work an office job for a small company, nothing special. It's a shame their computers don't allow me to access youtube, otherwise I would spend most of my day replying to comments!
A history of Adventureland in Des Moines, IA would be awesome! Also, why aren’t you a part of the Charityland event with Defunctland and other channels?
Thank you so much for being with us since the beginning Chris! We wouldn't be here without the support of viewers like you! Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey has been added to the list, thank you for the suggestion!
I enjoyed this Q&A video, learned more about you and your history with theme parks. Although now I have one more question, will we expect to see a hidden Christmas surprise in the coming weeks, be it a themr park or something totally unexpected?
Thank you for supporting the channel Michael! Your suggestion for ET started getting the ball rolling for the channel, as it was our first video to get traction on youtube!
Thanks for answering all our questions, and well, for that rant, don't worry. I work at a Madame Tussauds, and I face that sort of BS every...single...day....
I can't imagine how many times you have tell people to stop touching the wax figures. I remember going there on a field trip in the 8th grade and accidentally bumping into one (don't remember who) and apologizing. My friends wouldn't let that one go away for weeks.
@@ThemeParkHistory We can't exactly stop them from touching the figures as these days, we promote the place as an attraction rather than a museum, so they can interact with them. We only step in if they decide to put their glasses, hats, or other junk on their heads. The worst has been those who kiss the figures, its gross. Getting their lips stained with oil paint and turpentine! Certain figures get more maintenance than others because of how many kisses, hugs, or scratches they endure from their affection.
Thank you for the question Stitch Underground! I would have answered all four of your questions but I think I did earlier in the video, didn't want to repeat my answers. UA-cam is very fickle and it's takes a lot of work to grow, but you can only grow if you start!
Fantastic video , I didn't realize how much I loved jaws , like u , as a kid I was so scared of the shark everytime knowing it was fake & that memory forever in my brain, I took my kids (hollywood) and I was so excited to have them sit where Jaws would pop out to see if they would be as scared as I was . I'M now 31 & it's very hard to impress me on rides especially with these lame screen rides ,however I was forced to get on Cars the ride at California adventure & I felt the 5 year old kid in me come out, it's a feeling I didn't expect but will forever remember, so.....make the trip to Cali in the near future !
Hey Man, When you come out to Disneyland, you should come out in October & visit Dark Harbor & Knott's Scary Farm. While some will disagree, Dark Harbor is a complete step up in story telling from Universal's Horror Nights.
Great Q&A video! I love your work on the history of the Universal parks as there really isn't much out there about it. I live 30 mins away from Universal Studios Japan and have an annual pass, so I look forward to seeing the history of the horror nights there which I love to attend! If you ever need help translating any info that might be in Japanese for the parks I can help!
Thank you so much xNintenJenx! I couldn't believe there weren't that many videos about Universal here on UA-cam, I thought the parks would have gotten more love. What's your opinion on USJ? I also know who to turn to when I need help with translations, thank you again!
@@ThemeParkHistory I love USJ! It has it's own charm which is helped by the atmosphere created by the Japanese people themselves. There is a lot of dressing up in USJ accessories, matching 'twin outfits' and groups all matching too. Cosplay is very common, even outside the Halloween season. I also love how the park changes throughout the year too with many seasonal attractions such as during 'cool Japan'. The waiting times can be insane though. It is not unusual to see 3-4 hours wait for even non Halloween themed attractions during the Halloween season, and the houses run out of entry tickets super fast. You can wait 20 mins for a vending machine drink! I really like the unique attractions like flying dinosaur too. It's a great coaster.
After watching this great video, I’d would like to say: I’m a theme park fan too and the Terminator attraction in Universal Studios Hollywood will always be my #1 attraction in any theme park of all time since the sequel came out the year I was born along with enjoying the first two films the most in the series. I’m overall a fan of movies, Theme parks (like you), Halo Xbox games, anything Terminator, simulator and thrill rides, such as roller coasters, and finally I’m a big enough fan the my hometown hockey team. Since you’re an Orlando Jaws ride fan, I respect your fandom with the connection between that and my home hockey team. Other than all that, my home park would be Californias Great America. It was 15min away from my dads house and still have good memories going there since the late 90’s. I know the universal parks are more detailed in their attractions compared to CGA, but I like USH, USO, and CGA equally as much because they have everything I enjoy with rides in general. I do wish i saw T2 3D in Orlando close down last year, but couldn’t do to school work from out of town. I also do like the Universal parks more than Disney parks (even tho I haven’t been to Disneyland since early high school last I remember), so that’s good in my book you like Universal parks more than Disney, but still have interests to a certain extent with Disney’s attractions at the east coast. Finally, I have been to Halloween Horror Nights in Hollywood since 2015 with 2018 being my 4th season going, and I loved going there since. Not sure what your thoughts about The Purge at HHN, but I don’t mind the purge at that Halloween event, screen/simulator rides, TWD in Hollywood, or USH and ORLANDO having some similar attractions in both parks. Even tho I hope my preferences about theme parks mentioned earlier aren’t bad in any way, I overall can relate to your story as a fan of many things, including theme parks in general. Sorry if I wrote something huge in the comments section, but I thought you’d be interested in my story/perspective of my fandom to Universal Studios parks, California’s/Paramounts Great America, and other theme parks I have/haven’t been too. Happy holidays and looking forward to more vids about theme park history along with seeing a Californias Great America video in the near future of 2019? Have a great Christmas too! :D
It takes a lot of to set me off on a rant so congrats on that 😂I will have to say though, I feel so much better getting that out there and reading people's comments agree with me! I'm not the only the only one who's dealt with that problem. Thank you again for your question Caleb.
That's awesome Bryane, thank you so much for watching and supporting the channel. People like you are the reason why we will continue to create the best videos we can.
I thought I was the only one who had encountered them whenever I visited the parks! Nothing against them but just because there's a lot of them doesn't mean they get to do whatever they want at the parks, wait in line like the rest of us!
That's some high praise! Thank you so much for supporting the channel shadow demon, we wouldn't have been able to hit 25K without the support of viewers like yourself!
When you say smaller parks I will hope you may include my local park Hersheypark. A s a park with over 100 years of existence there is plenty of things to look at history wise. Hope you will at least think about it.
Of course! Hersheypark might be small but it definitely deserves to be mentioned in the same category as parks like Cedar Fair and King's Island IMO. They have a great variety in rollercoasters and plenty of attractions for everyone in the family to enjoy.
@@ThemeParkHistory I will say if you do decided to go to HP I'd wait till 2020 as a brand new mass expansion will open. It will also include a new Disney Springs ESC area being added as well.
please do holliday world! it’s in santa clause indiana and i use to work there when i lived back in kentucky! it’s considered the first ever theme park!!!
So did both Disney lands (Disney World and Disneyland) decorate their castles as cakes for the 25th anniversary of Disney World? Since I remember being at Disney World in either 96 or 97.
It was a great question, I figured once I said Universal I better have a good reason why I prefer the movies over the house of mouse. Thank you again for the question It's In A dinos DNA!
We use iMovie for the video editing. I'm trying to teach myself Final Cut Pro X at the moment but let me tell you it's nothing let iMovie, definitely a learning curve with it.
For best show, I am going REALLY old school and choosing The Wild Wild Wild West Stunt Show, although, recently, yeah, Terminator was best live show!...never knew about Nellie Bly park but I remember back in the 1970’s-early 80’s going to Rockaway Playland when I would spend time with my Grandma in the summers...otherwise, growing up in Bergen County, I was a straight-up Great Adventure/Action Park kid! (Maybe Rye Playland...)
i like your answer to my question because jaws is my favourite movie and the ride was my favourite ride but now i say i like transformers or spiderman or rides like that
Probably because of all the attractions I grew up with from Universal all being closed now with the exception of ET. It's like a part of my childhood disappearing forever. Figured we would focus on them because people who visit Universal now might have no idea that there have been tons of attractions there that are no longer at park over its near 30 year existence.
I think Spongebob is a SEVERELY underused IP on the part of Universal, also it’d be sick to see Sonic The Hedgehog or an Anime attraction like Naruto DBZ One Piece and all the other Shonen Jump icons
The groups of obnoxious kids from South America you’re describing are primarily rich kids from Brazil, because that suddenly became THE THING for newly rich Brazilian teens when Brazil suddenly became a super wealthy country, ever so briefly, between the mid-2000’s -2014 or so (and they RUINED one of our January trips a couple of years ago)...Thankfully, there are a lot fewer of them ever since the economy tanked in Brazil a couple of years ago..
You learn something new everyday! I never knew what their background was, just figured they were some large group from a school or something on summer vacation. At first I thought they were rude because of cultural differences but once they started to push and cut people in line to be with their friends I realized they were just jerks lol.
Figure I would have when I said it but honestly the plan was to start big, knock out the bigger attractions and parks and then start introducing smaller parks. Hopefully it all works out but I'll worry about that when the time comes. Thank you for your question Jonathan!

Theme Park History my question wasn't answered. My question was “what movies would you like to see turn into theme park rides?”
Very helpful. Thanks!
Theme Park History i guess my question would be what's your favorite movie both disney and non disney
@ bhunt799 Movies I would like to see become theme park rides would be Godzilla/Scott Pilgrim Vs The World/Pacific Rim/Mad Max:Fury Road/Cloverfield
@DressyEye 678098 no problem!
I really enjoyed this video.
Hat do you think of tister🎉 1:06:55
Theme Park History Well said! Especially Times Square, and the Holland Tunnel!
Wow!!! It’s so much work. I think every single fan appreciates what you and your sister do.
Thanks for informing and entertaining us!!!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Glad to be part of the first 28K. I’ll be along for the the ride.
Thank you for being a supporter of the SocratesRR! We wouldn't be here without people like yourself supporting the channel!
Legends of the Hidden Temple was one of my favorite game shows. Next to Figure It Out, What Would You Do and Wild and Crazy Kids. Aw, childhood memories.
Not gonna lie, I legit had a crush on Summer Sanders from Figure It Out lol.
@@ThemeParkHistory *giggles* Very cute
Oh, yes, MIB please. Thanks for doing these, still love everything.
“Why does Jimmy Fallon need a ride?”
I’ve been saying that since they announced the attraction was taking over twister when the rumors started
Glad I’m not the only one that’s said it
Also I agree with all your points especially the simulator situation. It’s not popular but cost effective counts
Also thanks for asking my question loving your work like always
Recommendation is definitely Busch Gardens Williamsburg they got coasters but they also got some animals there but incredible theming around the area for the European countries
I am glad you are here to do Theme Park History, er...
Theme Park History
You're awesome!! I love this channel! Every video is so well put together. I appreciate all the time and research you put into them. Thank you!
Thank you so much Allyphonse for the kind words! We really appreciate it!
Very touching stuff, Jack. Thanks! I hope to see you wandering around Walt's Original Magic Kingdom in Anaheim someday.
Thank you GTMGUNN! We'll get there one day, maybe when the Marvel attractions open at California Adventure.
I honestly think we’d be best friends. You’re the same person as me: Sports, video games, and theme parks. Congrats on 25k man. Favorite UA-cam channel out there.
*Inserts "Did We Just Become Best Friends?" Gif from Step Brothers*
Honestly I'm shocked to see how many people relate to what I talked about, I thought I might have stood out a bit for my tastes but now I know there are at least dozens of us!
The point you made about the Universal Parks creating fear, is the driving force as to why they are still my favorite parks.
Theme Park History, I couldn’t agree more.
Theme Park History
*Rides into Smash*
A theme park attraction based of Smash Brothers would be awesome.
@@ThemeParkHistory that would be great, but how would they do it?
It would be cool if they had a interactive super smash bros ride where you move how your character is moving like up down and jumping and things that would be awesome
49:27 I remember the 1st time I went on the Jaws ride and saw that boat sinking my heart dropped.
Theme park history (pirates of the Caribbean) I’ve been personally stuck on that ride 3 times . Same spot . Same song. A pirates life for me
Pirates of the Caribbean has been added to the list, thank you for the suggestion Avenge. That must have been torture to be stuck there not once but three times. Talk about bad luck.
Thank you for the great video! So nice to learn more about you and how this channel started!
Thank you so much Melanie!
Journey is a great ride, on my top 3 attractions. The ejection is more intense than others lead on surprisingly.
Very well made Q&A video. Enjoyed every second of it. Glad you reached this milestone.
Thank you for watching rickly99la! We appreciate the support, we wouldn't be here without people like yourself!
Keep up the great content. I can't wait to see where this channel goes.
Also, please do Rip Ride Rockit at Universal Orlando. Thanks for the great content. These videos have become my new favorite UA-cam channel.
@@ThemeParkHistory thanks for the reply/answer! I'm excited to see the Channel grow even if it means less replies to the comments ;)
Theme Park History History. A retrospective of a retrospective channel. 👍
A history of Adventureland in Des Moines, IA would be awesome! Also, why aren’t you a part of the Charityland event with Defunctland and other channels?
Great video mate! Congrats on the 25k! Love your content and looking forward to watching your channel grow.

Theme Park History yes
I enjoyed this Q&A video, learned more about you and your history with theme parks. Although now I have one more question, will we expect to see a hidden Christmas surprise in the coming weeks, be it a themr park or something totally unexpected?
Thank you Austin! Our Christmas-related video will be something to do with the theme parks. Nothing crazy but should be interesting to say the least!
@@ThemeParkHistory Your welcome. I'm curious to see what it will be.
Thank You So Much for featuring my question! As always you're one of the best channels out there! 👍
Thank you for supporting the channel Michael! Your suggestion for ET started getting the ball rolling for the channel, as it was our first video to get traction on youtube!
Theme Park History, Awesome to hear that. 👍👏
Congrats again on 25K you deserve it! also thank you so much for answering my question.
Thank you for the question Stitch Underground! I would have answered all four of your questions but I think I did earlier in the video, didn't want to repeat my answers. UA-cam is very fickle and it's takes a lot of work to grow, but you can only grow if you start!
Your very welcome. and thats ok i understand, and thank you so much for the advise it means a lot!
Great Q an A! Thanks for answering my question!

When you complained about the big groups I completely understanded. I hated the those groups. I experienced them this summer. OMG.
I thought I was the only one who had encountered them whenever I visited the parks! Nothing against them but just because there's a lot of them doesn't mean they get to do whatever they want at the parks, wait in line like the rest of us!

It was a great question, I figured once I said Universal I better have a good reason why I prefer the movies over the house of mouse. Thank you again for the question It's In A dinos DNA!
I was wondering if you use a program for making the video part and what is it if you do I forgot to ask this
We use iMovie for the video editing. I'm trying to teach myself Final Cut Pro X at the moment but let me tell you it's nothing let iMovie, definitely a learning curve with it.
Oh cool I use this channel to make a few videos and I use apple clips
But I may try using iMovie because my videos aren’t very popular
If Universal went a did just a *decent* Godzilla attraction it would immediately make Universal my new fave.
Do Quest for The Obelisk at Luxor Casino in Las Vegas
Nice Upload! Could you do Captain EO at Epcot?
Captain EO has been added to the list, thank you for the suggestion Walmart Ninja.
RIP BTTF the Ride. Wish I could ride it one more time.
For you’re next theme park review will you please do Jimmy neutrons nick toon blast
Jimmy Neutron's Nicktoon Blast has been added to the list, thank you for the suggestion SPORTS BROS.
Add a tally to that star tours. I'm so down to see about its history
Star Tours has been added to the list, thank you for the suggestion Mikalton.
i like your answer to my question because jaws is my favourite movie and the ride was my favourite ride but now i say i like transformers or spiderman or rides like that
what made you decide to talk about Theme parks that opened and then closed later?
Probably because of all the attractions I grew up with from Universal all being closed now with the exception of ET. It's like a part of my childhood disappearing forever. Figured we would focus on them because people who visit Universal now might have no idea that there have been tons of attractions there that are no longer at park over its near 30 year existence.
Finding out that you don't ride rollercoasters was the most shocking part of watching this video
I think Spongebob is a SEVERELY underused IP on the part of Universal, also it’d be sick to see Sonic The Hedgehog or an Anime attraction like Naruto DBZ One Piece and all the other Shonen Jump icons
1:11:00 also WWE is getting better every day man, especially now.
I have no words but thx
Thank you for your question yaqueline! You actually helped push the ball on our new series a bit sooner than we had planned so that's exciting!
try doing Universal studios Grinch-mas
Good news AJ! We just released a video on Grinchmas! Check it out here -> ua-cam.com/video/qeX6M3tYMeA/v-deo.html

Can you make a video of the CinéMagique attraction in Disneyland Paris please!!
CinéMagique has been added to the list, thank you for the suggestion Vincent YV78.
You should do a theme history about cars land.
Please do extraterrorestrial alien encounter
Extraterrorestrial Alien Encounter has been added to the list, thank you for the suggestion Logan.
You should do Knotts berry farms ghost rider for you’re next history video 🙂🙂🙂
Youve opened pandoras box by saying youll start looking at smaller parks in 2019. I have a perfect ride in mind but i will wait for now
Figure I would have when I said it but honestly the plan was to start big, knock out the bigger attractions and parks and then start introducing smaller parks. Hopefully it all works out but I'll worry about that when the time comes. Thank you for your question Jonathan!
Great video bro.if can you translate your videos in spanish
