WOW, you are so creative. Those colors are so beautiful together and I love the see in the dark affect. Keep up your awesome work and thanks for sharing.
WOW! That is so different and mind blowing. It's amazing under regular and black light Both sides look so different from the other and the colors are beautiful. Thank you for sharing. 😍😍😍😍😍😍💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖
I like the colors in this one . Remind me of the posters and the black lights we had as kids. I got your emails just haven’t had time to take some pictures of the wood I have yet.
Spooktacular Andy 😀 gorgeous colors. This was a great one. Thank you for great content and filming. Hope the baby is bring you and the wife lots of joy ❤️🇺🇸
I've seen cholla cast in resin, but never turned by itself. I've definite never seen it frosted with resin into an alien seed pod. The final product is like a rave party from 1985 got sucked through a wormhole into my brain and exploded. Fabulous job. I love it.
When I first started watching this, I was not sure if I liked what I saw. However, I always watch the videos to the end… and in this case, thank goodness I do!!! The final piece that you created is incredibly beautiful and you should be very proud. Thank you for sharing ❤❤
Haa! 12:50 Every time I see a pour like this it reminds me of old Honey Nut Cheerios commercials from the 90's. The way this looks is like one of those honey dippers or whatever they're called. 😄👍
How you got from that dark, brown/black color that I thought just covered up how beautiful it was to your end product, just boggles my mind. It came out stunningly! I can't even believe just how beautiful it is. What talent you have, Sir. Just Amazing!
At first I was thinking that was a lot of waste but seeing the end effect makes it worth it. Gives it a space/alien look. I've made pens with this, but haven't been able to get a piece this big before. Gorgeous work!
i think what i like most about your work is that for a lot of the video, i often have no idea what the finished product will look like! it's always surprising and creative, and always interesting!
The green sure looks like ectoplasm to me... I have cholla wood in my fish tank for my catfish to nom upon, but this is some next level chollapalooza. Awesome!!
It is most nice to be able to do things for oneself, but if there was ever anyone I wanted to fulfill my dream of making something fluorescent, turned by UV light, you're the one I'd want to do it. I think when I next feel the urge to see UV turning again this is the first video I'll be back to watch again, David.
That's beautiful, David. Amazing actually. There's not much resemblance to what you started with. You've become the resin version of Stewart Furini. Bill
OMG WOW WOOHOO😲😲😲 Adam another brilliant piece of art you should be proud of yourself hell yer. Watching you turn under the black light OMG. I am just blowen away dude the whole video was just mesmerizing. What a inspiration 🏅🏅🏅🏅🏅👍👍👍🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦🇺
Hard to believe a creation like that was born out of nature. Kind of reminded me of some granite/quartzite with the detail of the grainlines popping out. You are a master- never saw anything like it- fascinating!!! - What a shop and tools to create your magic!!!! - thx for sharing. Carrie from Eugene Oregon👋👋👋👋
The master strikes again. My GF watched a video of yours with me for the first time. I have seen you in action enough so I was able to call your techniques as you started each phase. She was amazed by your ingenuity. I am continually amazed at how you have turned your creativity into a perfomance art. Thanks for sharing.
Absolutely gorgeous! I love bright colors myself. I'm sorry you had to apologize for your art. I feel like i can go to any park & find an equal amount of disposable water bottles!
When you said glamour shots, I was expecting it to be lounging on the boot of a car or frolicking in the waves.... Love it, and actually prefer it in the light rather than the dark I think. Maybe if you keep all the shavings they could be used in clear resin?
I would love to climb behind your eyes for one day to see your view of the world. People that can look at an object & see it in the abstract…that’s fascinating.
Not your average turning video. Weird piece to start with, perfectly processed by expert craftsman, with an obvious vision of where he was going, to a beautiful end product. Bravo !
I have watched three of your videos, and they have all been fantastic. And that word does not cover how beautiful each one has been. You are indeed talented and imaginative. Thank you for sharing these videod with us.
This is the sickest thing in wood turning that I've ever seen. It mixes my love of beautiful wood sculptures with black light awesomeness! It's like putting new school and old school in the same piece and it coming out amazingly! Hopefully someday I can buy one of your pieces for myself!
WOW, you are so creative. Those colors are so beautiful together and I love the see in the dark affect. Keep up your awesome work and thanks for sharing.
Without a doubt one of the most creative I have ever seen! Once again I am amazed. Thanks David for showing what is possible.

Thank you, Karen!

Fabulous job. I love it.
Smoke rolling backwards - you've been watching old Top Gear!
Fantastic work as always. Such a joy to watch.
Haha, well not really but it looked kinda gnarly in the edit so I just went with it.
Love it, takes me back to my youth! Hoping that you're going to put some black light in for some extra effect!! Still awesome, keep them coming!

This piece is just absolutely incredible, I am in love with it! You're so creative and talented; thanks so much for recording the creation process.
Thank you too!
❤❤❤❤ i love it.... every step of the way. Truly a work of Art.
Really didn't think the red colors were going to work out but it looks Amazing.
😄👍
Thanks, I was trying to avoid using pink, so they ended up looking a little muddier than I had hoped but yeah it kinda worked out in the end.

That's a truly astonishing and beautiful piece! Great videography and editing too. I hope you can use the shavings in another project.
Thank you very much! I ended up saving some of them.

Holy smokes! Thats so awesome. Kinda of remind me outer space. The large black like a black holes. Amazing job. 🥰
This was so amazing to watch....love the glow in the dark colours... wow... what a treat!
Thank you so much!
An amazing, beautiful, creative, and expertly executed work of art. I always so enjoy watching you work.
That was really cool man!! Love the colors with the natural wood ❤️ .. Great work!
Awesome piece, very nicely done. Stay safe.
Thanks, you too!
What an amazingly different piece this is. Have to say I thoroughly enjoyed the video too. Thank you David
Thank you! Glad you enjoyed it!
You should definitely come to Turkey. Because there are a lot of two-legged people here, you have to turn them into art like this.
At first I thought you lost your mind, and then just before you started to hollow it out I knew that it was going to be amazing, and it is. Awesome 👍
Glad you enjoyed it!
The green sure looks like ectoplasm to me... I have cholla wood in my fish tank for my catfish to nom upon, but this is some next level chollapalooza. Awesome!!
Absolutely stunningly beautiful .
Well done!
It’s giving me 80’s glow in the dark laser tag vibes! ✌️ So groovy and fun. Keep the videos coming! 😏
Thank you, Kat!
Got to appreciate the support from total boat
Normal turner would go broke using resin like that

Thanks! I will take that under advisement. 😌

Words can't begin to describe how unbelievably gorgeous this work of art is! Well done, once again!
Very creative. I would still like to see the same treatment with the wood in the other orientation.😊
Same!

Thanks, Yea I will save some of the shavings. Unfortunately shavings with wood end up looking muddy even in clear resin.
Perfect for the Halloween season
That is amazing!! Hope you kept some of the shavings for a future project!
I did!
Absolutely beautiful. A work of art.
Thank you, Judy!
