Is it possible to change the battery when it’s finished on the battle Bridge?

yes. Little hatch held on with magnets.

What parts of this are metal and which are plastic?

So far about 80% or so it metal. The rim panels on the saucer are plastic. windows and such are plastic.

Yes, but Eaglemoss went bankrupt last year. It took a little time but Fanhome took over this one and a few others. So, now I can finish. Which is nice.
