Hi team! 💜 Hopefully this video showing my mid-year process was helpful 😄 That free step-by-step guide I mentioned can be found at rebrand.ly/czcdb6q 💪
I love that you provide a step-by-step method on how to actually identify goals one might have. That part was always blurry to me and I thought I was just a person without ambitions because I couldn't name anything concrete I wanted to achieve in my life. But this really helps! And thank you for showing us the method with your own goals, which I acknowledge is very personal. It's super helpful to see goal setting done by an actual person and not just a hypothetical one.
Thank you for the perfect timing! I received my 6-month daily planner and have sat and noodled on my goals for the next quarter. This structure has me thinking in new ways that will be a better use of my time in deciding on what goals to keep in my plan. Cheers! Tink!
@@JashiiCorrin my last 3 have been blue as well I have a pink one lined up for my next one. I don’t particularly like pink but it was a gift and I can’t say no to anything free
First comment on your channel! 👋 I found your videos while looking for bujo layout inspo, and have gotten addicted to your goal setting content. I've always struggled in this area and with procrastination and task-anxiety, and I find the way you show and explain it to be absolute GOLD. I'm learning so much! You wrote in your goals list "make a goal setting course" and I could not be more interested in that!!! Do the thing!! Thank you for being here, Jess!
Thanks Jess for making this video and printable resource! I made a page to do this, but had now clue how I wanted to go about it. This gives me direction!
Just discovered you!!! Do you have any kid friendly (8yo) summer journal ideas? Would love to do something with my daughter to keep her writing active during the summer.
I wonder if I can watch your beginning of the year set up to start with since I’m starting my bullet journal this July and don’t have a lot of information to pull for a mid year check in. Then I could use the mid year check in January instead…
I do something similar quarterly! How long does it take you, to do this with brainstorming separately, and then filling it out, and then migrating all the tasks? Mine seems to get strung out across days and eventually I just give up on those tasks I could've, maybe should've, done.
Difficult to say only because when I film things they take longer, and last time I did this, I used a more “simplified” system, but I do also find myself doing it over multiple days just to break it up and give myself time to think 💪
this is not that related but I'm wondering if you would be willing to talk about how to use a neapolitan notebook? I think I want to get an Archer and Olive neapolitan for 2024 but I'm concerned it would be hard to use
From November to early May 6 months I didn't keep a daily log. My husband of 38 years was in hospital and home hospice and passed in early May. The next 2 plus months were spent getting things done related to the death and of course you can't do anything unless you have death certificates. Moving on my drama related to this is coming to an end. That being said I am traumatized and still in grief which is understandable. My word of the year was going to be replenish. That didn't happen and I was ready for 2024 in January of 2023. It was BAD. I want to know if anyone has any tips on reflection and goal setting after months of trauma no matter what the trauma was. I still am in solutions over problems mode. That is if you focus on the solution the solution gets bigger and if you focus on the problem it will get bigger. Focus on solutions. I know a LOT of things that need to be done and some things I can't yet do anything about. I am mostly just frustrated to the max and need to keep busy yet don't know how to do reflection and goals when I have nothing to go by and still traumatized.
I check in with it every-so-often, but my long-term collections journal only holds my bigger life goals 😊 Some of those I remember easily, other's I'd need to check back in with the journal to job my memory (though I suppose that gives us the question of whether those goals are really that important to me anymore if I can't remember them 😝)

Hey Jess, are you looking at your long term journal with your goals or do you just remember them 😂😂
I check in with it every-so-often, but my long-term collections journal only holds my bigger life goals 😊 Some of those I remember easily, other's I'd need to check back in with the journal to job my memory (though I suppose that gives us the question of whether those goals are really that important to me anymore if I can't remember them 😝)
