Five Towns big 55+ condo community in west st pete, 54th and park, very affordable, sometimes 2beds sell for 125K, sometimes they sell for 300K, i think when a family member passes away sometimes the heirs just give away the property to an investor ,ofcourse people are spooked with the Miami building collapse
Sadly not in Tampa metro or St Pete. You would have to go out pretty far in the rural areas. It’s unfortunate, but we are nowhere near near that as far as new home construction.
Great video like always
Thanks again! Thank you for watching and being a contributor. I appreciate it.

Only 2 bedroom homes might be around 400k in Ponce De Leon. Great between US 19 and I275 at most narrow pointfor fast north/south access
Thanks for the info! Very helpful!
Hi Em, do you know someone who wants to buy a great property in St. Pete Beach? $375,000

Pinellas Park, UGG. Pretty bad area especially around US-19. No thanks. Largo, almost as bad.
Really? Have have friends in both that love it. BUT...I would never suggest being close the 19! I think Largo is coming around!!!
