The sticker is vinyl you can find it at car's workshops, you make a photoshop design with all the right scale and cut it there it's a long process but you can learn photoshop from any UA-cam video

Those plans are for a balsa build. No need for all those parts when building with foam. Nice way to kill time though

Polyester putty they use it for car coating, you can find it at any paint or metals store
