Flowers are beautiful if they are not damaged upon arrival. Customer service is not what you would expect at this price point. The website projects a high end experience. NOT! Customer service demanded that a damaged product (premier flower in arrangement not even attached with broken stem and empty space in center of arrangement) be re-packaged and returned before being willing to replace. They saw multiple pictures taken by the recipients of the damaged gift.... a 75 year old couple who had just gotten Covid and were very sick....Customer service knew of the situation yet still made this demand. They characterized the situation and the damaged gift as "an inconvenience". Sending a gift in this situation is a sentiment and an effort to relieve stress and comfort! In fact, what Customer service demanded did the opposite! It is clearly not the level of service I am used to with most high end merchants and clearly demonstrated a "bottom line" rather than a human approach to the situation. Totally insensitive so think twice before sending as a gift. Query.... why do they need a damaged product back? are they re-packaging it for the next victim? or were my recipients a victim of this practice? Very odd.. That is my first experience with this retailer, which, by the way and probably my last. As the gift giver I am embarased and upset at the aggravation, rather than comfort that this "gift" provided. I feel like they would get so dusty after a year. 🤔 How would you dust them?
You can actually LIGHTLY vacuum them! I do a light dusting and a light vacuuming and they look good as new.

Did the flowers arrived damaged or anything along that line? I’m worried that carriers don’t take care of the box during transit and the outside box will be damaged causing the flowers to get damaged
Not at all! It was so perfect! When they ship it they package it up in really secure boxing and even use rubber bands to keep cardboard up on the side of the flower. They come perfectly!

Beware! I just purchased one for Mother’s Day and it arrived damaged. Venus et fleur refused to help or refund. Terrible customer service!
