- I had a super fun inline skating session on a very windy Saturday morning in London. I managed to get a few hours of inline skating around South London before the rain hit. I skated to a busy East Street Market, Borough Market and the Flea London Vintage & Makers Market. I practiced some tricks on the way, enjoying the city and the freedom on my inline skates. I couldn't ask for more, London is a great city to rollerblade in. (I also battled a seller with my selfie stick haha, watch to find out how that went down!)

Just bought my first inlines - a pair of Oxelo MF900. First skate in a car park by Hastings seafront this morning when it was too dark for anyone to see my bumbling first try. My stopping technique is to aim for a wall and do the starfish position! This is my motivation and will be for a long time. The flow and sense of speed and control is incredible! I'm 49 so probably too old to get anywhere near this level, but I can dream...

Hey man, your style is insane!! I have been skating for 2 months and you're my new inspiration. Would you please let me know how long you have been skating for, and what you usually do in your practice sessions? I currently skate on a park, but I'm quite limited about what I can do.
