Ryan had dabbled a little into real estate at the time but the real estate bug gave him an itch that he needed to go all in for. So with the runway he got from the severance package, he bet on himself and made it work. Fast forward to now and Ryan is a wholesaler, flipper, and buy and hold guy who does several transactions a month to easily make tens of thousands a month.
