My friend's dad wants to start working out, has a compromised L5, and a belly hernia... How would you modify this workout for him? Are push ups/planks something he should avoid?
Are these exercises good for upper back herniations? You mention lower back herniations but mine is between c6 and c7. Just not sure if I should be doing different adjustments
do you still have hernia? if you dont how did you heal? please i want to kno. ive had it for a year now and it really changed me, makes me not want to do anything anymore. thank you for your time
@@lajalanstephens5004 Sorry you are going through this. You will get past it. Do things to strengthen your core. The safe stretches they show you. Do you have a herniated disk?
@@NickHawaii yes i have 2 in my lower back actually, got it from doin bent over backrow. im 20 and sometimes i feel like im an old man. any tips on stretches and body weight workouts i can do. That would be so helpful
@@lajalanstephens5004 I would search on UA-cam from the pros on what to do. Yeah I stopped doing heavy squats When I felt a hernia coming on. Do things the pros say that is safe and won’t aggravate it. Keep a positive spirit and be consistent. Doing things like sit ups is bad if not done right too.
bro. no idear what happened because my doc treated me like i had the flu.. i bent over 6 years ago. as i stood up straight again something happened and i was on the floor in aggony. could not walk for months. today i am much better but i am still scared to go gym. im now a skinny mofo :(
