Hi Dela, watch ur videos alot ..been watching ur latest video on the new tallest building in Ghana called "the signature" but I'm upset, it's not wheelchair accessible..I'm from Canada n in a wheelchair, looking for a place to purchase n like the signature building
5:25 The use of the word trained used in the beginning felt a bit weird here lol maybe “staff is equipped” is better and then they can talk about how thoroughly staff is trained in customer satisfaction…
Why does Africa feel it needs to mimic Europe and the West? Please explore building in the traditional ways. All of this "supposed" luxury building is destroying our planet. Africa has the opportunity to be the leader in innovative methods of building with natural naterials that do not harm the planet. Why not focus on that???
Living in ghana on and off tge logistics are crazy. No nature or a park for families to enjoy activities Makes the city so hot surrounded by concrete. Roads a terrible around these properties
This is a private developer doing business, and what do you mean by that question? People are employed and work there. The locals can buy the units and subscribe to the services available to the public. They are not in charity business or an NGO.
@@edmcgeman5084 you do realise that this is part of the reason why the cost of living in accra is increasing and why many small businesses would be force to move out of the area
Yes it’s gonna benefit the locals, they will get employment such as security, cleaning, customer service etc..stop being myopic and ignorant..it will serve as alot of purposes
I'd love to see some of the busier developments if they exist.. these always look like nobody lives there. Same for the hotels, never any guests. Am I crazy?
Sorry what is cozy about the tiny 1 bedroom with with living room and super tiny kitchen... am sure it will yield high profits for the owners of the building..cant hate their game lol
@kingshomes8546 I know plenty of Ghanaians who can afford to live in this building. However, they all own homes and wouldn't even consider living in an apartment.
These reviews always appear to be for the wrong audience. The level of naysaying you find in the comments is incredible. It's as if we shouldn't aspire to anything beyond the ordinary. Every single development in the city should be "affordable housing" projects. They want to flatten our experience. For your information, the locals you talk about are in different socioeconomic categories. They're all not poor, even if they're all not rich. The development is owned by a local, anyway. And this is not a western-brewed local. His incredible story is that he built his wealth from scratch, from a rural dweller to the multimillionaire he is today. And yes, there're locals who are richer than him too.
@@brofutv1853 that’s where you are wrong, you are speaking on emotions and not facts. So bold in your ignorance it’s shocking. 60% of real estate is foreign owned per Ghana housing authority that should answer your question with that price point
Stupid question, even not all Americans can afford to live in Manhattan..such a dumb and stupid question..in every country there rich and poor people..such questions are stupid..dumb ass question

I think more UA-camrs with sizable following should discuss accessibility, especially in Africa
This has been covered so many times now.

Thats because they are marketing the project to those in the west
I was wondering do the condos have backup power and water and are they leasehold
Thank you,God will provide
Probably not
Sandra’s my cousin!
They neglect to mention the service charges!!
😂
Why is she not giving prices?
I want to know how this would benefit the locals???

@@edmcgeman5084 what do you mean the locals can buy units please don't be ignorant
@SB-fq9wu You are ignorant. And don't ask why. This is high-end residential real estate and not some publicly subsidized affordable housing.

How much is a studio apartment?
$115k 😂😂😂😂
When is construction start?
Oh 😂. It's started long time ago. They done with the foundation. It's going up speedily.

They are empty. Charging 300k for a 1 bedroom apartment and 900k USD for a 3 bed apartment is insane. Ghanaian developers are insane
The greed is incredible.
A hotel of similar stature in Asia cost 3× as much in Ghana
😂
Because no one really lives there! 😂. There are so many empty houses/estates in Ghana cause they refuse to bring their price down.
Should be building more affordable housing for locals..ijs

And no gas stove. Electric stove food doesn’t taste the same
The question is can the local Ghanaian afford

I’d buy the 3D house. The 3D always look good in ghana but the reality is always so basic. No tree! I might has well stay in America
