Plz correct if I am wrong, Montague chemsford reform became effective in December 1919 , and rowlatt act was effective from march 1919 ,but roman sir has said that rowlatt act came after montform reform. This was a question in Upsc too, that which event happened first. So plz help
Who is the governor general you are referring to ?? Is it the viceroy ?? Because as we know the post of governor general was abolished in 1858 act.. Kindly clear the confusion ,sir
