This is fantastic. I am in quarantine, and am trying to get as much information to my team while a parent is trying to hold the fort for me. This is a wonderful tool.

Awesome. Thank you for sharing this clip with us. I am looking to install this defense this year with my team. I have been studying this defense for the last 3-4 years, now is the time to install it.

What if they're is a shooter at the top of the key on the whole deny/help situation? Live with the three?

I think that's how UMBC defeated #1 Virginia by keep taking three pointers, essentially beat their defense by completely avoiding it.

Why to play this if zone would do even better (statistically nothing could beat zone on D), unless push / force sideline and double wing / corner in other words just other way of calling zone defense Pacckline D and apply pressure on the ball.

so... I´m currently an ast in the pro league in my country, and I'm on a team, that's running this defense... i can see how you could have some success with this, but I also feel like its cheating the players a little bit. we should still develop our guys, and there are so many things we cannot teach running this. I've had success with ULOL before. and I've developed teams that could stay in their matchups and shut down pnr and screening action without switching or sagging off. we would chew teams up and spit em out the honest way
so I'm really struggling with this. i don't like the didactical implications. youth coaches - think hard before u decide to adopt something like this.
