To be honest, I think I made the recoil too low, which you can modify in a mod menu in SPT. It looks like I'm playing battlefield or something instead of tarkov. By lowering the recoil I negated the skill required to compensate for it, and I have now significantly increased the recoil since this video. Full video on channel. If you're wondering why Sanitar died so fast it's because the realism mod removes the increased health bosses have.
Something that kinda throws me off, as a first time tarkov player, is the fact that you can crouch at different heights with no repercussions.. my fuqing knees would fall off if I held a half standing pose for more than 1-2 minutes lol
To crouch at different heights comfortable you will take a knee on one leg, and then lean back and forth on your other leg to achieve the desired torso height
Yup. As an infantry veteran I can assure you that no one is doing weird half squats for hours at a time in full kit. You’re generally either standing, hunched over in a somewhat “crouched” position, or prone hence why the vast majority of fps games have just those 3 stances.
Ignore extremely predictable comments. People have no idea how to have fun anymore and if this is fun for you keep playing. I use realism but I disable everything except weapon stances cause they look awesome. Love seeing spt content!

Why people even play single player Tarkov? I tried DayZ single player once, and it was boring because it's the multiplayer experience that makes the game fun.
Tired of dying to cheaters. Multiplayer is great when the playing field is even. Unfortunately that isn't the case anymore. That can be said of all FPS games. Tarkov requires too much time and effort to get ahead just to lose your gear to some douche running walls.
Well for one thing dayz doesn't have the enemy threat that tarkov has. The zombies bears and wolves just aren't very fun after a while and really not much of a threat. Spt especially with mods is fun as hell. It has pmcs that act almost identical to an actual player in most cases. It's not 100% the same but it's still very challenging and unforgiving. I love online tarkov but I have more fun grinding at spt with a bunch of cool mods, especially now that we can play it coop.
i dont know how anyone can really play that for a while. the AI are so robotic even with SAIN Ai and so on. after seeing the same Ai "Preset" twice i recognize them and their move patterns. Sure the AI is better than in base tarkov bet there i have real players that dont always act the same way. guess people really need to feel good killing only Ai xD

If you want realism try gray zone. It’s all around better. Graphics, physics, gun play, it all make this game look like a dated piece of garbage. Not to mention there is no pay to win meta currently and the future is looking very bright unlike Tarkov which is full of cheaters pay to win virgins and noobs who will get 2 hours maybe before discovering they can’t refund.
I own 8 rifles of various calibers. Recoil is not hard to control unless you are just basically waving the gun around like a fool. Nothing wrong with playing a game you like minus cheaters, rats, exfil campers, TKers, dog shit teammates etc.

I use the TAA setting for AA, turn up the luma sharpen in the post processing effects, record my videos in 1440p, and render them in 4k.

This is the single player tarkov mod which is free. You have to own a copy of tarkov though to play it.

I use the donuts mod to limit how ai spawn. You can try the quiet raid mode it has less ai.

In my experience, the AI uses nades, flanks me, and pushes me. But of course AI will always be easier to fight compared to real players.
