lookslike ur battery terminal is shorting out on the homemade steel intake tube there... Steelpipes is not ideal for intake air, because of rust, it will flake very rapidly.
Every company that makes aftermarket intake pipes makes them from mild steel, "banks" ,"hsp" ,"WC FAB". also there oil that goes through the air to air piping so im not very worried about it
