    Recipe name- kota kachori
    Preparing time- 15 minutes + Soaked time
    Cooking time- 12 miutes
    Serving- 6 medium piece

    for dough
    refined flour -1&1/2 cup ( 200gm )
    oil or ghee- 2 tbsp
    salt- 3/4 tsp
    water as required

    Moong dal wash- 1 cup
    Oil- 5tbsp
    Asafoetida -1 tsp
    cumin- 1/2 tsp
    fennel -1 1/2 tsp
    coriander - 1 tsp
    Black pepper-1 tsp
    turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp
    chili powder- 1tsp
    Salt- to taste
    black salt- 1/2 tsp
    Kasoori methi- 1tbsp
    garam masala- 1/4 tsp
    besan- 2 tbsp

    Nice Kachori, but in Kota, we use Urad dal in stuffing..Hing is important which you already mentioned and another important thing is Moongfali oil (groundnut) not refined one.That why its famous and different

    You are too good I have tried so many things no 1 was alwar milk cake,Ras Mali, rasgulla, besan Ladoo,kota kachori,pyaag ki kachori,l have tried all your paneer recipes too good,chole bhature,naan exceptional all my friends and family members think that I have ordered these things....but thanks for your tips during recepies that help to get it perfect.....and I always follow never be in hurry .... listen and watch videos twice and arrange all ingredients and start ....chef this Diwali I made ras Mali,milk cake,besan Ladoo,kaju katli and gulab jamun...they were all prefect....lot more to learn from you... forgot to mention your Bhandare wali aalo sabji,chaap it was perfect.....l am your big fan your.you have improved my cooking to next level... you made every thing so simple... now I have that confidence that i can prepare almost any thing as I have my chef "BHUPI" to guide me.

    I m from kota ....u missed laung...don't add green chilli , kasoori methi and ginger....red chilli must be sutada mirch which is flaky chilli powder....after making balls don't remove excess dough just press it ..use only groundnut oil 👍🙏❤️

    Thankyou bhupiji for this recipe. I also try this recipe and it comes out very well. My only problem is that while frying some of the kachoris open up our develop cracks. I don't know how to overcome this problem.

    Mast Kachori. I will for sure, try it soon. In Houston, Texas, USA, the indian market is 75 miles from my house. Its not easy to get indian foods, kachori or samosa or snack foods nearby. and I am left with only one choice, which is to cook the foods at home myself. your recipes are great and easy to follow. thanks for the upload.

    Please reconcile ingredients and its quantity mentioned in your video with as shown in heading of show more. You appears to be a very good chef but try not to be a very casual in describing ingredients. What is Moong daal wash? You mentioned one cup but told in your video 1.5 Cups,also it is not clear whether the quantity is soaked or dry. Cup, Table Spoon, Tea Spoon also mention some where clearly as these differs Cup is 250 ml as well 200 ml. Sorry about my comments but these were necessary as only critic can improve a person.
