I'm sorry, but there is barely anything out there that I can enjoy and it just gets frustrating. Everyone wants to just ruin movies and shows with a bunch of crap. Like I can't enjoy GoT for the dragons because of everything else.
I usually have to stick to Disney and kid stuff. Anything remotely for adults is usually a no.
Love love love Amy. She sings the same song 3 times, but each version is an evolution of the previous iteration. The original expressed a powerful anguish, SESSIONS reflected helpless acceptance, and Synthesis is an explosion of hope. That's how I've interpreted it, anyway. Regardless, my coworkers need to stop swinging by. I don't think they're believing the whole "I'm not crying, my eyes are just sweating" line.

I love all versions of this song. This one gives the song a different feel than the original. The original gave it a deep sad feeling. This version gives it the feeling of all the sadness and gloom is gone and the song can be preformed without the sadness. Idk if that makes sense but that's how it seems to me. This makes the song feel happier. Light hearted if you will.

I. Adore. This. The instrumental in the background,especially the violins,all of this creates an emotion and a depth that in my opinion the original version didn't had.I can tell that this remastered version could fit a movie perfectly.

I've gotta give my analysis on this song: for years it was about my heartbreak of my first girlfriend commiting suicide. Now, with this rendition, it is showing how I've moved on, and am finally letting myself be happy like she would want, as I am now engaged. I love Amy Lee, as I feel like she wrote the story of my life, and I'm just in love with her music.

I don't like the first one too much because it takes a lot away from her voice with the background singing and intrusive music. Here her voice sounds like one of the instruments.
i really love this version of lost in paradise to be honest, the orchestra (without the piano) makes it sound... more hopeful, although still melancholic and sad, but it's like... whereas in the self titled album, it's heavy with guilt, this one is looking towards the future after finally letting go of past mistakes i dont know I JUST LOVE THIS SONG SO MUCH
