That was a really good demonstration. Very talented to say the least. It must have been tough for me medevil calligraphers to work with such primordial tools. If you broke it, you were screwed.

Ok, I like the process of writing with fountain pens and I like calligraphy with calligraphy pens but it is difficult to justify this as something that has any practical application or benefit to anybody.
Please tell me the name of ink which you used in pilot parallel pens .???!😃😅😉😉
This was great to watch, and I think it would be ultra cool if you guys would do another one that goes a little slower and has maybe some Enya music playing- it would be almost hypnotic.
Yes...Enya....put you in an ethereal mood, same as writing with calligraphy pens.

What papers are they artist all using? Either I am terrible or standard printer/notebook paper is hungry for ink cause all my practice looks like my pens are bleed out victims 😤

Curious to know what method they are using to ink the nib. They seem to be getting an excellent flow, particularly with the flourishing. I can see that it's dipping some of the time, where the inks are mixed etc. But can you offer any info on whether any of the ones with flourishing are using cartridges, and if they are how the hell are they achieving this flow?
The pilot parallel pen is used mainly with cartridges, I don't think anyone in this video was dipping it (not that is not possible)
There are not really correct or wrong ways to do it. I know a few ways to mix them with the parallel pen and will explain in a video soon ;) Thanks for watching
Yeah, I have only used it with cartridges myself though as I understand it the pen can also be dipped and I think some people fill the entire barrel with ink also. I assumed when I saw the mix of colours in the ink that it must be dipped, but maybe you can achieve that effect another way. Most likely answer is that I don't have the correct technique. That is usually the answer :P

Most often I use watercolours like Ecoline and Colorex to write with my PPP

Fast moving calligraphy didn't make sense for me:) if the purpose is to teach not people stare at. My purpose was to learn.

you can change the speed of the video by going into the video < Settings < Playback speed on how fast or slow you want to replay it.

Calligraphy is the Art of Beautiful letters. Not verb and dash. Not designing but shapes based on traditional shapes
Artistry is on point but deal without the sound effects kinda takes away from the peaceful element of the art itself, IMO.
How the hell was it possible for writing fast with that pen n the ink came out smooth when writing fast I tried doing it n I had trouble, is the paper?
