- Hi All, I am glad to be back after my short hiatus from social media. I am feeling recharged and motivated to get back to a regular uploading schedule and show you all more of my life. I wanted to share this weird experience with you guys in hopes of getting some feedback. This video is more of a vlog and I thought it would be fun to show you where I have been for the past two weeks.

Wow. So I’ve been watching your videos and thank you for them. I’m 22 and still a virgin and kinda by choice at this point because I have had some opportunities to lose it but I’m afraid shitless of such stuff and other stories I heard from my fellow gays. My background is orthodox Christian, so during my first 59 years I had only one relation of 25 years and one sex partner until he died. The first times I used Grindr, I got indecent proposals within a minute and was so shocked that I closed it immediately.
Grindr is ok for a hookup. I did it three times so far, as sometimes you need physical contact. There are indeed a lot of weirdos on Grindr, like in the real world. But there are also a lot of decent people that just need a warm body.

Finding a person you can get along with can be tremendously hard & time consuming. It may have been a unpleasant experience but at least you interaction with him it did not last long. Always interested in what your thinking of your future. Your only young once, and then you have your whole life ahead of you. You have to make the decision. I ended up going to a community college, studying imaging science. It opened doors for me, which I never even considered when I was a teen. It was inexpensive, and I didn't end up with a huge student debt. I went to City Tech in NYC.

OMG, I guess I'm so lucky, I've never had any experience that disappointing, or outright strange. I love San Diego, but when visiting I usually stay in Ocean Beach, which is really sweet and casual, and right on the beach. Wishing you the best!

Yes, it is possible to find a dinner companion on Grindr but that isn’t the objective of the app. Try an app that’s more aimed towards dates instead of hookups.

haha, its not funny but so typical. It's a cliche to trash talk Grindr but it is so harsh a place to spend time. In my experience, it's all fakes, flakes, users and losers. All smoke and no fire! That hotel you were at was built in 1913. It has been remodeled a few times, but because of the age of the place the rooms are small. It obviously could use a lot more work, but that would cost a lot of money. It is considered a historic building. It is also interesting that you compared it to the Cecil hotel in Los Angeles as the Cecil was built in 1924. Anyway, I am sorry you did not have a great time. San Diego has so many great restaurants, or at least it did before Covid. I am no longer sure what is still open these days.

You are so fortunate that this turned out the way it did. A dirty car that smells, just imagine what his home life must be like, PLUS his hygiene. I can't imagine what he's like personally. You're better off meeting people at the restaurant, and getting back home on your own. You are too much at the mercy of someone you don't even know being in their vehicle. He could have taken you anywhere. You should rethink how you are going about this.

I was starting to get concerned because of how long it's been since your last post then this title almost pushed me over the edge.
Thankfully I was able to calm down within the first 2 minutes of watching. That is a radiator, as small as it is I believe it is for a steam system. BTW, you make anything you wear look great.
It looks like a steam system that cannot be turned off in the room unless the guest has brought his own pipe insulation. The pipe would deliver more heat than the radiator. The building must be in a place that does not have serious winter weather.

I enjoyed your story. I am also an older man who likes young guys. I have met many young guys on grindr who either like "daddy" or like older educated guys like me. I have never had a problem with any boy I have met on grindr. It is not easy to get guys to actually meet up, and not just lead me on and them abruptly block me, but when I have met up with boys for fun, everyone has been cool. I am very easy to talk to and not the least intimidating, so all in all it has been good. My car is new and clean, my house is very nice, and I am a good conversationalist. I hate to hear about horrible grindr meetups. My biggest problem with grindr is guys who are all into me and plan a meet and then just like that they disappear.
Some advice: For a first date, don't go out to dinner, go for coffee and have something to do after (or at least say you do).
It is really sad that you felt you needed to continue once you opened the car door. You need a couch. Youth is great but do things you will not reagret later in life, that is if you plan on getting old. Do you know what a soul, or spirit is? Do you know that you have one? Judging from the looks of the bathroom window, that’s a very-very old remodeled hotel. The elevators and room’s steam heat radiator confirms it. Next time, upgrade your accommodations to a different newer hotel.
Well, using Grinder is always a gamble. Sometimes you win, but mostly you loose. Got to go through the process of rejecting the Bad people right away in order to find the Good people. The car’s messy-dirty-stinking interior was a big loud NO. Sorry you had to go through that experience. San Diego’s Gay Hillcrest neighborhood has some nice restaurants and a Uber or Lift can easily get you there.
Grindr is risky at best!
