Hey, y'all. I am at the Seabrook Island Club here outside of Charleston. It's a great neighborhood. If you're interested in buying vacation rental or having an island home. So I'll take some time to show you around and show you all the amenities.
Seabrook island is a gated resort community located about 45 minutes outside of Charleston.
Here we are at the community lake club that houses the fitness center and indoor swimming pool.
So let's go see all that.
Seabrook has a very unique amenity in that they have an equestrian center. I don't know of any other clubs in Charleston that have this amenity
Behind the gate in Seabrook, you will find an assortment of different styles of homes.
We have single family homes, town homes, condos, really, whatever fits your needs, they have it at Seabrook.
Seabrook has what I consider the best beach club in Charleston. They have this amazing restaurant that
Overlooks the water, and you just feel like you're in a tropical resort.
Y'all you got the pools. There's two here. You have an outdoor bar and a great area to sit and enjoy the beach. So y'all Seabrook has two golf courses and you know, I couldn't come here and not play a round of golf with my good friend Tori
