Some great shots in there John. Love the picture of the Tern on Daves hat :) I thought you captured some great ariel shots of the Puffins flying too. These are particularly hard shots to capture but you've got some nailers in there. Classic Puffin and fish shot, tick. The thumb-downers must be amazing photographers, that's all I can say.
Cheers mate, maybe there was not enough explosions or something for them? Appreciate you watching. Always great when the people who inspired me to start watch my videos
You're very welcome. Now you just have to sit back and watch the subs flood in from it 😂 maybe one day of I get bigger I'll be able to give you guys a real shout out
Some great shots mate, people don't realise difficult it is to catch them in flight. Looking forward to another visit tomorrow, I didn't get the classic puffin with sand eels shots last time.
David Burn it's certainly not easy! Have a great day tomorrow. If I was to do it again I would spend more time around the nests and cliff edges and less time trying to get them in flight
Very good vlog John! Great to see you getting the camera going in the public places, hell of a lot of people! Looks like a brilliant day out. Some fantastic shots John!!
Cheers mate, felt a bit strange in public but hey ho. Thanks for watching mate. Been sat at my pc pressing F5 on your page for ages. When are we getting the next installment?
John Haswell Photography the pic with the bird on Dave’s hat wow! I’d love that, cracking day out. Well the vlog has been ridiculous to get the time, spent a few hours last night so it should be done today. I’ve been out lots takin shots and looking for my next place to vlog. Just really enjoying the sun and not stuck in editing. So far I feel my next vlog will probably be my best 😬 have I just cursed it!
Took my grandson last year and at the last minute he decided he did not want want to go on the boat, so I still have not been to the Islands lol. Great in-flight shots of the puffins mind. Must admit, not much of a bird watcher but still, looked a canny trip and good watch, cheers Alan
Cheers mate, I'd certainly recommend going. I'm not a bird watcher either but always wanted to cross puffin and kingfisher off my list. One down one to go
I've not done much wildlife and really need to have a go. Some great BIFs there and some mean birds as well. The music is very complimentary. I tend to fade my photographs, might be worth a try next time  Cheers.
Just discovered your channel loving your vlogs you are quite close to me which is useful some good tips thanks I've subscribed so I'll be following you.
Stephen McLean awesome mate, thanks! Happy to have another subscriber. If there is anything particular you want to see let me know and I'll see what I can do
Going to see more birds is definitely the right way to go after a break up XD hahahaha Lovely adventure dude, keep it up! The photos were fucking beautiful
I went in May I think it must have been before the terns laid eggs as they weren't attacking then. Next year I will go later and enjoy the mayhem. You got some fantastic shots John

Ah come on John, spill the beans and don’t keep us all in suspense, did you get your pal fixed up with a bird or not ?????? Some beautiful images there John👍
Great video and some class images especially the one of the bird on your mates hat. Brendan Van Son says he has tried and failed miserably on four occasions to photograph puffins I suggest he gets himself to our beautiful county and try the Farne Islands. Keep it up mate your doing well
You really are doing well with growth mate, love that place, i have got to go next year.. These are the kind of places and things i feel i am missing out on thats giving me the silly mental health issues i have at the moment.. wick video bud
Great images John love the ones in flight, they are surprisingly fast in the air arn't they... Terns are quite nice to Photograph but God they are so noisy and in your face, deffo need earplugs.. that man with the ticket stamper was on a mission or what..

That photo of the bird on pals hat is one of the best I've seen, introducing a human element with the birds. Class, well done.

Nice video John with some great and iconic puffin shots in here. Those terns really are ferocious, I've had many a run in with them haha
James Brew they certainly are little buggers. Was funny though, especially watching people's reactions
I've not done much wildlife and really need to have a go. Some great BIFs there and some mean birds as well. The music is very complimentary. I tend to fade my photographs, might be worth a try next time  Cheers.
Cheers mate, I generally do a little zoom if I'm not doing loads. Normally up and down the music too but don't think I needed to here
Just discovered your channel loving your vlogs you are quite close to me which is useful some good tips thanks I've subscribed so I'll be following you.

John Haswell Photography Haha yeah I can see where you are coming from, must be his sea faring brother
Those Turns would have annoyed me. I'll take a baseball bat if I ever go. Some nice images there John, what lens did you use?

HappyCarlsons TV indeed you are. How did you find it? Any good?
HappyCarlsons TV thanks! I felt a little inferior with my kit but it's not the size of the lens. It's how you use it ;-)
