Ferrari to me will be always number 1 no matter what they do are what direction the choose but as it will always be a dream to own I will always support this brand forever
@16:05 I love how the official says that making cars that use carbon fibre throughout would make the cars too costly compared to their competitors. As if somebody cross-shopping for Ferrari’s compared to Lambos and Aston Martins would care about the price.
rutwij mamtora Not yet. "In 2014 Fiat announced its intentions to sell a portion of its share in Ferrari; as of the announcement Fiat owned 90% of Ferrari. In July 2015, it was announced that 10% of the company would be offered up for public sale in an IPO, with 80% of the company being distributed to shareholders of Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, and the remaining 10% continuing to be owned by Piero Ferrari." en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ferrari
Why are you pressuring him about "what the Indian market means to India" for??🙁 United States has 40% of world sales. Those are questions for your government....not for an executive of a car manufacturer. You wasted NBC's air time with this.
When I watch a film about making BMWs, Audis, Porsches, Rolls-Royces, Bentleys, Aston Martins, etc etc, I usually see a production line of sorts, with the cars being built and cars/motorcycles being driven off the end of that line. When I watch this film about making Ferraris, I see two people standing around talking for most of it. Is this what I want to see? Er, no. It isn't.
the tractor manufacturer was called Ferruccio Lamborghini and he loved Ferraris, he had several, but one day he went to Enzo Ferrari and told him that the clutches he used on his cars were not good, because he always burned them. Enzo Ferrari replied: Ferruccio, you don't know how to drive, that's why you burn the clutches. you build tractors, we think of sports cars. Ferruccio didn't like the answer and he got very angry and started investing billions of lire, hiring technicians and engineers, asking them to build a car faster than the Ferrari. Next to the tractor factory, he built a new wing dedicated to production. of cars. all this just to respond to ferrari. from that argument, what is today Lamborghini Automobiles SPA was born.
a normal Ferrari employee, therefore an assembly line worker let's say, earns around 28,000 euros (around 30,500 dollars) a year + 13th, 14th and bonuses. while a mechanic, responsible for engines, gearboxes, etc. earns between 35 and 37,000 euros per year + 13th, 14th and bonus. therefore, none of them can afford even the least expensive Ferrari on the list, which today is the Portofino, which has a base cost of 211,000 euros. even buying it second hand has very high running costs. going up in category, such as engineers, designers, designers etc., they can most likely afford a Ferrari, I don't know the salaries at these levels, but I know they are important. then there is the racing team and those who work there earn salaries in the order of millions of euros per year. those who can afford it
In India 365 people come together to fund and buy 1 Ferrari. They each get to drive it for one day a year!!! This is probably still too expensive though for 99.9% of Indians.
Dearest Ferrari I'm pissed !! AMG. Has copied Dino look at their new super car Dino's written on it from every angle look at it this doesn't feel right I feel it in my 💓 heart I think this is theft. Look at it there's not anything you can do or is there please do something if you can
It’s only boring to you because you are too stupid and racist to appreciate accumulating knowledge. Rather than being thankful to others for taking time to produce interesting content, a simplistic miserable little loser like you tries to attack others in a pathetic attempt to feel superior. Unfortunately it never helps because deep down you know you are an unhappy, unsuccessful puke.
The question of how important to Ferrari is India was and is a stupid question though. You know how poor that country is? Ferrari customers live in America and the Middle East.
Ferrari to me will be always number 1 no matter what they do are what direction the choose but as it will always be a dream to own I will always support this brand forever
Well then why are you watching this video lol
@Stealthmann has no history in racing
11:51 i think he talked to Kimi few times #BWOAH
Great report, thanks for sharing with us that magnificent company!
this is good stuff.. probably the only indian channel to reach this far and cant believe it took me this many years just to see it
I have an F430. It’s from the wee eight line.
❤ es verdadera interesante gracie....😊
Been #1, ever since day one.
Always success for the Ferrari automotive company
@22:33 using modern manufacturing techniques or period manufacturing techniques?
The “We-8” and the “We-12” 🤣
The problem with owning a Ferrari in a place like India is that roads are awful. Congested overcrowded.

Forza Ferrari ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾
I wanna work with the restoration team
That was beautiful. Thank you Jamshed for the report. Fun fact: Fiat owns Ferrari.
I thought Ferrari is now a stand alone company; detached from Fiat

u obviously didnt watch the entire thing
Wrong! Ferrari was not the first to manufacture an all aluminum body. It was Acura in 1991 with the NSX.
Nope it was the 1898 Durkopp
First aluminum sports car 1898. First mast produced Acura 1991, first GT 1999 Ferrari. He was correct in his statement
Maranello facility is actually rather small.
Hmmmm......Nice
i heard of a tractor maker who hated ferrari with a passion that he made cars just to spite enzo

Even today, Lamborghini also produces tractors. ua-cam.com/video/pYeb6JSG69Y/v-deo.html
Cut off at the best part.
Ferrari please bring back pininfarina.
I wonder if those workers who make them can ever afford one...
Probably not.. but they get to make and working on a Farrari which is rewarding in its itself. Probably more rewarding than owning a Farrari.
a normal Ferrari employee, therefore an assembly line worker let's say, earns around 28,000 euros (around 30,500 dollars) a year + 13th, 14th and bonuses. while a mechanic, responsible for engines, gearboxes, etc. earns between 35 and 37,000 euros per year + 13th, 14th and bonus. therefore, none of them can afford even the least expensive Ferrari on the list, which today is the Portofino, which has a base cost of 211,000 euros. even buying it second hand has very high running costs. going up in category, such as engineers, designers, designers etc., they can most likely afford a Ferrari, I don't know the salaries at these levels, but I know they are important. then there is the racing team and those who work there earn salaries in the order of millions of euros per year. those who can afford it
i hate people looking at a Farrari as a investment should be driven and enjoyed.

get us a maurizzio arrivabene footage
The vp was indirectly mocking India.
King Ferrari #1
Lewis Hamilton !
The home of the master 🅱️lan
home made video !!!
Engineers are heart of Ferrari but still interviewing with a non engineer guy......
Indian car companies should prepare to follow such standerds/quality for MAKE IN INDIA, to become world leader.
EpiDemic117 very funny but nobody would buy that . Be realistic .

This video sucks. It's a glamor-video of a glamorously-clean factory. The original factory was built in 1947; Let's see a documentary of that!
Boring interview.. go back to Delhi will you?
A**hole

India does not have the driving environment for cars like Ferrari to perform.
