This is my all time favourite Chris Keller scene. None his funny moments can compare to this one. He's all "I've slept with everyone, and Haley, I really want to sleep with you!" But when it comes down to it, and Haley REALLY needs someone to be there for her, he proves that he truly, genuinely cares about her here.

No, Taylor and Chris are too much alike, they would destroy each other, and not in a funny, romantic, sexy kind of way. That would be a toxic relationship. Chris needs someone like Haley, if not Haley herself. Someone grounded.
I know the whole 24hrs thing, but in this case, it makes much more sense as to why he wouldn’t help rite away.. why he stalled and waited until later to go to her and decided to help after all. I’m rewatching now on Hulu and Idk if I missed it before/originally when it first aired or what...maybe I did and completely forgot because it’s been so long, but I was shocked all over again to see that he was part of it/involves.
The whole 24 hours thing is BS. If theres something wrong and a person is missing file a report regardless of time! The first 48 hours someone is missing is the most important in an investigation!
Same here but eventually she does find him. Realistically though in real life, they may not have ever found him or been able to rescue him more then likely so this was one of the better outcomes even though he was missing and being tortured.
Who here actually believes that rubbish about not being able to report a missing person until 24 hours have passed? It's demonstrably untrue. You can report a person as missing 24 seconds after they've disappeared.
I think it’s an adult 24 hours after they went missing. Because adults leave all the time and cell phones die. It makes sense but I feel for families though. They know their loved one the best and can easily tell when something is wrong. Cops don’t even show up fast for run aways, or non emergency calls.
