Girl my sister works for a plants/florist shop and they use the can of spray leaf shine on ALL peace Lilies and etc before they go out the door for delivery! It’s some good stuff! it’s literally like a can of PAM or something I swear 👏🏼😂
It’s like finishing spray for a hairstyle, but for plants.😆

About the leaf shine… I’ve heard it blocks plants' stomata (their ability to breath). It also attracts dust. I think a diluted mix of water and Dr. Woods Peppermint & Tea Tree Liquid Castile Soap is ideal. Adding some alcohol and hydrogen peroxide is a good idea to add to the mix if pests are a concern.

Agreed! I’ve seen this as well. That over time it clogs them and keeps them from being able to process sunlight properly as well
