@@kashoot4782 if you meet the majority of the criteria you may be given one. For instance I got a contextual offer due to the low income school and background. However, let say you went to a very high attaining school the chances of getting. A contextual offer wont be that high, but you’ll still be on the data base for possibly getting one depending your background and family income.

Yeah they do, I believe their is a certain criteria to hit for the possibility of reduced grades.
