The majority of my books I bought at library book sales. Almost every library has a book sale once a year and I have shelves of books just from this alone. I recommend for sure
Tip on the echo.... You can link Google calendar notifications.... Fantastic for meetings and appointments and an absolute must for kids with spec Ed online meetings.
First time homeschooling mom here and this video was so helpful. I did buy that nice stapler already and I’m so glad because I just printed out 2 free subjects for my daughter! I also have a label maker I bought to organize my craft room and I haven’t even used it yet! Do you have a video showing how and what you label for homeschooling?
No I don’t. We’ve moved since I filmed this video and Ive found myself using the label maker for just about anything and everything! It really helps to keep me organized (especially labeling bins with supplies - glue sticks, markers, flash cards, etc).
Can you please provide examples of the different uses for your label maker? I'm really interested but also want to know if and how it's worth the investment.
Sure! I use it to label all kinds of storage containers (especially for crafts and school supplies - but all over the house too - in the kitchen, laundry room, etc). I label the sides of notebooks, pencil boxes, jars, etc. The possibilities are endless! It has definitely been a worth while investment in our home and homeschool.
We have a barn door like cover entertainment shelving system that we painted with chalkboard paint. It works well because we can just close it and use it for school time!
I am looking for a printer with a tank, could you give us a review of the Brother printer? Does it stand the test of time? I saw a video about the Espon tank printer and the software stops working after 2-3 years, repairs and shipping to and from would be equivalent to buying a new one. I was wondering if Brother doesn’t run into a similar issue. Thank you!
I would totally do that too... but I’m afraid my kids would lose them or worse leave them on the floor for my dog to chew up! They are a bit pricey. I did buy one set for my oldest this year so I will see if she can take care or how long it lasts.
Mamas remember to look at thrift stores😅 Ive found some amazing supplies
Agreed!

Great video! I am on year 15 of homeschooling and I agree with your list 100%…especially about investing in books!
Such a fantastically helpful video. Full of great info!
Thanks love! This was refreshing. We are looking forward to our third year of homeschool. Loved this video! God bless you & your family!
That is the pencil sharpener we have! I used them at school in my kindergarten classroom before I homeschooled! MUST HAVE!
Yes so far we love it!
The laminator, label maker and pencil sharpener are so nice
Great video 🍎
Thank you!

I have always wanted a label maker and now it's the right time. :)
Yes! A label maker has been a game changer for me!
Agreed! I showed my bestie a few things I just bought and she said, "Homeschooling is worth it just for the hoard of office supplies!" LOL
Great video!!! Girl, you're cracking me up!

Excellent video. Thanks for sharing it.
Question, for the big posters size visuals, how do you laminate them?
I purchase them already laminated.
I have that pencil sharpener it’s my favorite

Well, so far my brother printer is working just as well as it did the day I unboxed it almost 2 years ago.
Laser printers are better
We used to have one, but I am loving ink tank for our fam right now!
@@EverydayHomeschooler I'm on the market for a printer. Why do you love ink tanks more than laser?
We stopped using pencils and now use erasable pens and marker's.

My older kids like erasable pens, but pencils are still a must in our house
Scribd is cheaper and so much better than Audible.
I hadn’t heard of that site before. I will check it out - thanks!
if you say "who was the 19th president" to my brother he will know who it is in a instant! or say any number and he will know, its supper cool!
