I almost wanted to say, one of the "Surveyor" tracks, but no... I'm pretty sure this is a totally new, as-of-yet unreleased Shellac song.

It is a new one. I suspect it will feature on their next record. Steve mentioned elsewhere it is titled 'The World Series Of Dick Sucking'. Whether that is just a joke or not i guess we shall find out in due course.
