Wouldn't pull the dot snap work better on bottom snap?
You absolutely can use a pull the dot on the bottom as well. Some people have challenges getting the release orientation correct on the lower snap, by using a hard action in the lower location and a pull the dot in the upper location we feel you will get the best from both worlds
