    INGREDIENTS
    🔸100 g flour
    🔸120 g confectionery flour
    🔸7 g bicarbonate
    🔸3 gr salt (1/2 teaspoon)
    🔸120 g dark chocolate
    🔸25 g cocoa powder
    🔸1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
    🔸120 ml very hot water
    🔸170 g unsalted butter
    🔸5 eggs
    🔸200gr sugar
    🔸240ml of Buttermilk (you can read how to make it below)
    To the roof:
    🔸160ml whipping cream
    🔸160g dark chocolate
    🔸40g unsalted butter
    Let's make the best chocolate cake in the world!
    First we are going to sift 100g of regular flour + 120g of confectionery flour + 7g of bicarbonate + 1/2 teaspoon of salt. And let's reserve this mixture
    Then we continue, we need 120ml of very hot water (otherwise the chocolate will not break down well) + 25g of cocoa powder. We mix a little and add 120g of dark chocolate and a teaspoon of vanilla extract. We mix again and add 170g of unsalted butter and mix until very creamy. and we book
    We add 5 eggs + 100g of sugar, beat for a few minutes and add 100g more sugar. Now we have to beat it until it gets whiter and creamier.
    At this point we add the previous chocolate mixture. and we hit
    Now for the part where you have to pay attention! Add the flour mixture three times. So now we add 1/3 of the flour mixture, mix a little and add 120ml of Buttermilk (below I will explain how to do it) then we add another 1/3 of the flour mixture, mix some more and add another 120ml of Buttermilk. We beat again a little and finally add the last 1/3 of the flour mixture.
    Then we mix everything carefully, as in the video.
    We leave the cake in the oven for 30-40 min at 180 degrees without a fan!

    Let's cover:
    160ml of cream to beat very hot, otherwise remember that the chocolate will not be undone, and we add 160g of dark chocolate. Mix well and add 40g of unsalted butter and mix again until very creamy!
    When the cake is ready we have to put the mouth down and add the chocolate icing and mmmmm ready! What a delight, enjoy!!
    🔸BUTTERMILK:
    For 240ml (because we will need 120ml+120ml)
    We need 240ml of milk and two tablespoons of lemon juice or two of apple cider vinegar.
