A very easy pie! We'll need:
Ingredients:
🔸 1 pack of filo dough
🔸 400 ml of milk
🔸 3 eggs L
🔸 125 g sugar
🔸 1 lemon skin
🔸 1 cinnamon branch
🔸 50 g unsalted butter
🔸 25 gr icing sugar to decorate.
First we will melt 50gr of unsalted butter and grease the mold. With the same butter brush a sheet of dough
Fold the dough into a fan shape and screw it into the mold (as in the video)
We continue to do the same with more sheets of dough.
Screw in from the center to form a flower.
When we have the mold full we take 10 min in the oven preheated to 175 degrees without fan.
Now let's prepare the pudding
We have to heat 400ml of milk and add: lemon skin and cinnamon stick. When it starts to boil, lower the heat and leave for a minute on low heat.
Beat 3 eggs with 125gr of sugar. Add the milk mixture and pour the pudding over the cake.
We put it in the oven for 20 min at 175 degrees
Decorate at will with icing sugar
Ready! What a delight, enjoy!
