To answer your question, I never order for delivery from any of the known fast food places like KFC, McD or Burger King for example. Simply because the food is already not very hot and by the time it arrives at your door the chips often are stone cold. If I would like something to eat from such places I always drive up and collect it myself. Great video again m8! 🙃

I always tip £2-3 on my order where I live (normally for 1 person). I live in a tiny town, so never more than ~1m from the place I order. Amazing that it's so rare he even gets a quid when the journeys can be miles from the restaurants!

I have never ordered a delivery from McDonald's in the USA. I use the mobile app because of the daily coupon for 20% off $15 or more, and we pick it up curbside. I also live in a small farming town in Colorado so there are not a lot of people around. Use the curbside when getting 1/4lb hamburgers because they are not frozen and cooked when ordered so they are the best burgers from McD but take longer.

As someone who used to live in one part of London but drink mostly in Southwark I had to do a double take when I heard him say Southwark is one of the most dangerous boroughs. I used to pub crawl in the area regularly and only had one minor incident over many years. Compared to its rival Lewisham Southwark is placid.

Work in a shop that does Deliveroo/Uber/JustEat and I've always treated drivers/riders with respect and tell my team to do the same, it's their job and livelihood. Yeah, you get that one or two who come in with an attitude or ignore you but hopefully that one pick-up where they're treated well will make them that little bit happier.
So when you cancel a pickup because of long wait times, is there an option to say that on the app? We don't have Deilveroo in Canada but I have some friends that do Skip the Dishes/Just Eat and they say they get reimbursed for long wait times

You should do a video of your weirdest delivery locations. Have you delivered to: a prison, an embassy, a top level government office, a royal residence, an ultra high security establishment (like diamond store, bank, foreign co., etc), a school, a health facility w/junkfood, an extremist political group, your own family members without realizing it, your ex-girlfriend's, your crazy ex-girlfriend's, a church, a place that sells food, etc? Obviously, I'm thinking the staff might order from these places instead of the owner.

McDonalds locally is really good with a 'partners' entrance where they sort you pretty quick BUT i HATE the wibbly wobbly drinks. That's why i love Subway, rarely have to wait and only bottles

As someone who has worked McDonalds, there's no excuse for just outright ignoring a driver. Just saying "one sec" is fine but typically nothing you're doing requires the 10 seconds it needs to just glance at an order number and grab a bag. And once you do that, the driver is out of there and three different groups are happy all at once just from you doing that.
I dunno, I also am very happy every day I'm not working there anymore. Much better to work from home where I can see you struggle while I do my own stuff haha

I deliver on a push bike and it makes it difficult to keep the drinks at McDonald's secure so they usually spill, hate it for both me and the customer.
I have a question for you. Helmet. It is motorcycle. Tell me, you are not tired of it wearing the entire shift? Is he heavy? How much does he weigh? Does the neck hurt?
If you need to charge your bike batteries when you come over to Harrow/Hillingdon/Brent lmk man. Can you get there, back and do deliveries on one charge?

I'm a member of staff at a McDonald's store in Cornwall and they've been known to mess up my order a lot of the time when I ordered a grilled wrap it always came out Crispy
I always order breakfast from McDonald's but not all the time but sometimes the coffee isn't double lidded and the food is cold.

The big chains do massive business by delivering. They have the resources, and should take appropriate action. At times when a lot of orders are going to delivery riders. There should be delegated staff, whose specific job is to prepare, and pack those orders. The packaging should also be scrutinised. All of you say the drinks spill. How hard would it be to tape the tops on. Do something proactive. Keep giving them enough bad press they might. But then the care factor is probably very low.
