Ludovic is worth pulling for. His use is not limited to Graveborn tower, but also AFK stage pushing and maybe even Arena and Dream Realm. Got him all the way to Supreme+ and I have no regrets.
Agree, he might be the first unit I’m willing to spend money on to get him to S+ quickly. Cuz I find him pretty amazing in all modes so far at Supreme. His healing is insane and I want the stun for PvP with S+.
I think he's really good and not a wasted investment, but he's in an awkward spot right now for most players. If you're going for Talene then yes absolutely build him, the two are crazy good together. If you passed on Hewynn then he's solid in Eironn teams but I still prefer her for dealing with Scarlita and Wilder is a better faction into Eironn mirrors than Graveborn. I think he's really solid and you can cook up some interesting teams with him.

I think the only neiche he fills is in top 15 arena where you have to deal with full teams of +15/+20 Ardenn, Eironn and Carolina comps. His instant healing lets you survive the burst damage, but the true whales with multiple Paragon CeleHypos are not using the Eironn/Arden/Hewynn/Carolina comps anyway. They are running 3-4 CeleHypo characters that can just stat check the burst damage and survive anyway. Below the top 15 or so in Arena, Damien and Hewynn are just straight better. Damien is basically an infinitely self reviving support with healing, blinds, stuns, shields and haste buffs. Hewynn gives, % damage reduction, self attack buff, haste buffs, debuff cleanse, attack buffs and haste buffs. And let's look at Ludovic, what does he give? An incredibly neiche stun that requires enemy characters to walk over it to activate. Thats it. The only other buffs he has is with his seasonal skill - the same seasonal skill both Hewynn and Damien have for attack/haste buffs to a single target. Ludovic only has two things going for him, instant healing and big healing numbers. Hes going to be another Brutus/Rowan where you just get 1 copy of him early game and that's all you need.
I wouldn’t say Rowan is a healer. Yes, he has some nice emergency heals, but that’s not the center of his kit. All the heroes in this video have healing as their central focus. Rowan just has it as a side perk.

no. Rowan's main kit works as a energy batter and thats what i use him for. Energy regen artifact applied to rowan means your other 4 units will have full energy before enemy team even cast their first ult. Thats 4 ults from your team before enemy can even cast their 1st.
