Hope everyone enjoys the tour!!!
Of all the plans, I like the Laurel plan, which is not modeled. It has a game room home theatre on the ground floor with a small wow factor entry. I Hope taylor morrison or tm decide to expand palmer ranch, and create a master planned community between tule springs and the new northern unlv campus that will be built. Exciting things are happening on the central northside. The best values are on this side of town.
Pantry is lacking a lot..but love love the size of the upstairs bedrooms !!! Have a Gr888 day.😊
100% agree! Thanks you too!!
Nice home!
Love the grand entryway even if it wastes AC. Great layout however don’t think dining area is spacious enough.
Agree and I know what you mean. It would be nice to fit a larger table.
I need the black and white tree canvas at entry!!!! Not a fan of this house but it'll be looking at strictly 1 level homes.
I tend to like single stories as well.
I want to see the geodes
Lol they were neat!
What I don't understand of the houses you showed recently... A wow factor with high ceiling,, big open staircase, but the frontdoor is hidden. I don't think a garagedoor is a wow factor...
Lol I know what you mean... I am talking about when they walk in they want that big atrium.
Do you or the home builders require to be preapproved for a loan before you show homes to potential buyers? Thank you, enjoyable video keep it up!!
Hi Jake! No they do not however if you want to submit and offer on a resale or go to contract on a new home yes they will. Just about every builder now requires one as well to even get on a waiting list.
How much is the average ac bill in a house this size in the hottest months? Thanks Tyler!
Great question! That really depends on soo many factors. Main one is how old is the unit and second how much you use it. My highest has been just under 200 for a home just under 1800 sqft. my neighbor keeps his house colder and his unit is older and his is almost 300.
In Chinese culture, the dining table, the back door to outside, or the stairway coming down, cannot be faced directly the front entrance/exit door. It is considering unlucky!
Thanks for the info!!!! I knew about the stairs but had no idea about the others.
