Yes, I think so too🤔 Winter is senses that she will have a Brother or Sister soon. She will love her sibling to come. Winter was talking at 10 months. When she was eating the lemons.When her Mom asked her "do like lemons "?Winter said "Yeah I like it ".Torie ask her again. She didn't say it again,she laughed. Winter do understand her parents. Her vocabulary is growing she will soon be talking and making sentences.😀💕🎹

Being a mom is a job in its self, I am a mom of three, 20, 16, and 18, it’s crazy!.. whoever is asking why Torie is so stressed and thinks that she doesn’t do anything, that person is clearly not a parent.. Torie, never feel like you have to explain yourself to anyone, especially to us🤗💕🙏🏼

Being a stay at home mom is a blessing. I had to work 40 hours a week. So Mon thru Fri for at least 9 hours I was away from my toddler. So i missed a lot of what you are able to experience. There is no way i can get that time back. Be thankful that you are able to be there to raise your child.
It's totally ok to find someone to help you guys to take care of Winter... I live in Brazil, so it's pretty common to see grandparents in the position to help to take care of their grandsons/granddaughters instead paying a person for it, but I guess it depends from family to family. You deserve whatever necessary to be a better mom, and wife! Your mental health is important. I support your family in this decision. I teach preschool currently, for a private school(and currently fininising a degree in education) . Make sure you have expectations, boundaries, developmental milestones you would like WInter to develop during her interactions with the nanny. Do you want a play based nanny ? Do you want education to be a part of your nanny's background? both are possible. There are so many great things coming your way. Im happy you both acknowledge you want help and that's a great strength! I ope everything works out in your families favor!

I vote against the mini van! I worked at school for 23 years and seen so many of them! My daughter whom used to teach and now has another profession and so do I. No many vans in our vocabulary! ❤️❤️❤️

Black women deserve support and to not feel bad about it. You can’t give from an empty cup and a nanny/pp doula whether part time or whatever would be so helpful. If you can afford it, go for it.

My daughter has nannied for about 3 years. She was always saying that she loved it. The kids loved her as well as the parents. Remember to check references and background checks are a must. You can use the help. I am disabled now but I was a stay at home mom for years. It is the hardest job I ever did!!!

Getting a nanny twice a week sounds like a great solution. I understand why you're so protective of your precious baby... you should be. You'll be there and can check on her as much as you like while having some time to focus a little more on getting some work done which will result in a little less stress. Just interview a bunch of different nanny's, and make sure they bring a few references, that u can speak too, and do a follow up on. I actually think that would be the best way to go about.

I have worked and been a stay at home mom..both are hard and people will judge 👩🏾⚖️ either way..Do what you want and what's best for you. Me and my hubby are proud parents of 7 children and Opinions never swayed how we did what was best 👌🏾 for our family.

You can also get a home that has a mother in law suite attached and that solves everything. If you are going to have more children it's best to get your mom

I've had mini vans, but I love my SUV! My son has 4 kids, and they have 3 row seating. My daughter has a mini van but she only has two littles left at home. Its whatever your personal preference is.
You don't have to explain. Just do what's in the best interest for you and your family. After all no one really is in your daily lives to know the stress and juggle of it all. Btw, people judge either way so just do you.
I understand what you mean... I used to be a nanny for a little boy. The mom was a "stay at home" mom and she was there the whole time taking care of other things. Its completely normal. I wished I lived in your area.. I don't comment but I adore Winter so much; we would have so much fun🥰

I'm actually sitting in my mini van right now. They are the best for a growing family. Very convenient for car seats and little ones to climb in and out of. I'm Team Torie on this one!🥰

I think a nanny is a great idea. My sister is a Physician and my brother-in-law is a officer in the air force and they have busy schedules and got a nanny to help with my niece 💜 and they love it. I wish I could have afforded the help when my kids were babies 🥰

Hello family I had a mini van it came in handy Travis. I was a stay at home 14 years( lucky) it's a 24 -7 job. Everyone is all grown I'm a grandmother of 6 there all grown now too but one. That mini van came in handy xoxo. I'm driving a VW Beetle now smile

Do what you need to do to keep Winter and the house stress free. I am a single Mom and my child is about to graduate from College, but it would have been less stressful to have someone PT to help.
We would have to see what SUV was a 7 seater. We definitely want something comfortable and spacious. Hopefully we come to an agreement soon on that. Oh and yes, being a stay-at-home mom is hard. Hopefully we find someone to help us soon. 🙏

To all parents are moms who are stay at home parents, there is no such thing as a stay-at-home mom who do not work believe me I once was a stay at home mom once upon a time in my life and I was so happy to get a job outside of my home just to have a little me time and to mingle more with people my age it is a very hard job to be a mom ( nurse, cook, housekeeper lover) period.

😂No minivans yet. But, when the children begin to participate in different activities....a van will be needed or a large SUV. Also babies can sense more than you think. And a nanny would be GREAT !

Hey guys👋🏾 I think it would be a great idea to get a Nanny!! Especially if your everyday life and duties are a bit overwhelming. You guys just need to sit down and come up with a plan on what you want and expect from your Nanny. Also I will have to say no to the minivan! Hey why don't you check out the Grand wagoneer? Another couple that I follow just had a second kid and they upgraded to one of these and they absolutely love it!!!
There’s nothing wrong with a nanny, a nanny helps take off the pressure. If you don’t like a minivan you can always do a Ford explore Chevy Tahoe or even a Cadillac Escalade

I left here for 45 minutes to do so research on the minivan vs the Model X as a family ride. I was pleasantly surprised that the Model X appears to be the best choice. If you can afford it and I know you can, get the Model X. I don't think you will be disappointed Torie. It is comfortable and luxury combined. Your family deserves the best.
