- This haul video covers some of the highlights from our late last estate sale where we had no idea there was Tiffany jewelry hiding in a button tin. We also discuss managing a reselling business and what we've learned along the way. Enjoy!
We're Kelly and Melissa, vintage treasure hunters, collectors, and resellers who find new homes for delightful finds. We go to yard and estate sales, thrift stores, flea markets and anywhere we can find earthly delights.
Thanks so much for joining us on our picking and reselling adventures.
THANKS FOR WATCHING!

The good thing about what you do is that the items find new homes and are not thrown in the trash.
Very true! So much great stuff and history often goes in the trash.
So fun! You are very talented at editing your videos and your comfort level at being on camera is great. Can't wait for next videos.
Thanks for saying this! Much appreciated. I’m a nervous wreck when do direct to camera videos but I try to manage it and do lots and lots of takes 😆
I'm a big paranormal person. So excited for the next video! Also, the way you spoke about estate sales is exactly how I feel. I just hope that whoever goes through my items loves them as much as I did! ❤
We can’t wait to put all the footage together and try to convey what we experienced.
I've been waiting for this🎉
Incredible haul! 🙌
Bless you girls ♥️
Love all your uploads! Just an FYI - you can get a sterling silver and gold test kit pretty cheaply. The chemicals last a long time. A Presidiam gem tester costs more, but might be worth it. Not positive, but I think it can't test for turquoise.
Just a few days ago I found your channel! I been binge watching all weekend! I find your channel very interesting and entertaining. I love seeing the estate sales and especially like the flea market. 😃It is interesting to see just what people are buying.🍄💜🍄
Thanks so much for watching and letting us know you’re enjoying our videos!
Yessss! A ghost story!! I can't wait ❤❤❤ rest in peace ghosts.....new subscriber here been about 2 months , looove your channel. Please tell us the whole story I would love to hear it. Thank you for all you guys do❤❤❤ I appreciate it
Thanks so much for the support!
You are the first reseller I have encountered that put into words what I personally feel going to estate sales and witnessing, often, someone’s entire life to go through picking. A yard sale or flea market, pretty much people are just downsizing or getting rid of items not of use to the living anymore, but an estate sale IS so emotional! Thank you for this and validating my own emotional estate sale picks! My favorite at estate sales? The recipe box or book. The cook of the home and his or her hand written recipes. Once I dug them out of the trash- the estate sale company didn’t think anyone would want them to buy and several of the recipes were written in script from the late 1800’s!! So cool and one of my favorite finds. Anyway thanks for another wonderful video and look forward to the next one (& catching up on older ones as a new subscriber)!
What a great story you got those hand written recipes out of the trash. And from the 1800’s. That’s so fantastic and so much history. Thanks for letting me know you share a similar experience.
Your Channel came up by ‘chance’ on my feed. I am sooooo glad it did! I am a snob when it comes to water, chocolate and the reselling channels I watch! 🤣 Not everyone can make videos you know. It’s an art form for sure! First off you have to have the passion for whatever you are videoing! You two certainly have that and the magic touch! Just the right tone of voice, absolutely the passion and you just have that ‘ Je ne sais quoi’ that one can’t fake, if that makes sense! I just put your channel on and let it roll as I craft! Honestly, you two Earth Delights are a delight for sure! Thanks for keeping me company! BTW, your picking prowess is phenomenal you go! 🥰💋❣️❣️❣️❣️❣️❣️
Wow! Thank you so much for your support and for letting us know, so poetically that you’re enjoying the channel. Happy crafting!!
I came across your channel and subscribed. You’re the first reseller that explains everything. Thank you for your time in doing that.
Wow love watching your channel😊
Love your videos...for some reason treasures always lurk in the sewing tins....years ago I found $1200 in one...I just love going through old sewing tins cause I sewed for 36 years...keep up the great videos...love your treasure hunts❤
Thank you! WOW that’s an amazing find.
I haven't gotten through your whole video, but I had to pause in order to comment. I think it's always good to be reminded that the people's houses that you're picking were here and lived lives. I often think if I show respect and carry the things (which ultimately that's all items are) that I will give it new life for a bit. When it is my time to go, I hope (and I've said this at estates sales as I'm shopping) that my estate sale will be the best estate sale ever. I want people lined up around the corner to pollinate my findings/treasures in many households down the line. Whatever joy it brings, you're like a bee just pollinating the items to a new flower. 🐝🎁
Okay, I'm going back to watching your video.
Great finds!😊
Good job on the sale of Tiffany
I like the format of this video and I like the way you mix em up and use different formats. That mannequin head is fabulous. Those cards are too. The person that had 8 months to get their stuff, and didn’t make it back. They just walked away from it all for whatever reason. That’s definitely emotional when you know that information and are going through the things. Sad, but maybe letting everything go has helped them lighten the load and get a fresh start.
Edited my long comment to say, I believe you about the “ghosts” even though I feel the same way about it as you do. I believe they exist but don’t put much time into it. Had it happen several times. Kinda mind blowing, but cool as well. Then you wonder after, did that really happen. Lol. Even years later 😬
I agree that if it lightened their load to leave it all behind, even the personal memory boxes, it isn’t sad. I guess it more about a person’s life and their belongings being dispersed and no longer having the memories and context is what gets me. But it is just things to then move on to gain new context.
@@earthlydelights Thought provoking for sure. One of my perspectives of the way you do these videos, leads me to think about the people that you encounter, and their stories both while talking to them and through the items that they buy or have owned. I love looking at the “stuff” and reminiscing or being reminded of the past and what we grew up with, but because of the way you do your videos and how good you are with people, it gives it another dimension, or two. Anyway, I know I always leave long comments and I thank you for taking the time to reply. 😬 See ya in the next one. Sounds like it’s going to be interesting! 👻
The light blue stone in that ring could be aquamarine. And that stone is expensive. 😊❤
Yes it def was aquamarine.
Thank you for this. Love to hear others pickers stories and what we go through. Love love your videos. As for the paranormal activities, I have heard many stories and have experienced weird stuff myself. I have to sage stuff some times or sprinkle holy water on items. I always think about the Annabelle story. 😂
Thanks so much! I had to look up Annabelle. I’ve never seen it but now want to check it out.
I certainly understand that going to these sales can be quite emotional. The thing about estate sales, for me, is the idea that you're saving the items that were important to this person. That you are seeing value in those items, just as they did, or you are helping to find someone else who might see that same value. The person may not be there to say "Oh, I liked this item because of its metal work", or "I kept this item because it reminded me of a play I attended." But now you are finding a kindred spirit, so to speak, when you find new owners. Someone else is going to buy the piece because of that same metal work, or because their parent once saw that play. So in a way you are keep a piece of the owner's personality moving onward each time you match an item with a new owner.
And, of course, beyond all that, and in this case, especially, you are literally saving collectible, useful, and/or beautiful items from being thrown away or destroyed, which is wonderful both from collectible or historic perspectives, but also ecological reasons. The more reuse, repurpose, or restore existing items in this world, the better.
But of course, not two people can save everything, and I'm sure there are times when you wish that time, funds, space, or in this case, the ability to deal with the heat, were different, so you could save even more, but from a realistic & practical standpoint, you're doing what you can, and I hope that the enjoyment you feel when you see how happy some of these things make new owners helps with the emotions of the day in which you're picking through these sales. (Sorry for the novel!)
All very well said. Thank you for this comment. All very true and it really gives us joy to see people at the flea market find something they just love and get so excited about. That’s why we love selling at flea markets.
Congratulations on your finds! You always find great stuff, love your video's. 🤗
Thank you!
I really like you girls, you do so well together, lots oof love between you both!
Thank you 😊
Thank you for speaking to the challenging feelings that come with picking estate sales. I feel it too and haven’t heard anyone really talk about it like this.
Thanks for letting me know you share in this experience.
Thank you for this video...very heartfelt❤️
Thanks Kelly, enjoyed this video. Hi Michelle. You are both working so hard. I understand perfectly when you said you had to go because of the heat. We experience that sort of temperatures here in Brisbane and you have to be so careful so you don’t suffer heat stroke. It is not pleasant and can be dangerous. Take care of yourselves.
Your post is a good reminder. The temperatures here are just next level and especially when it’s many days in a row, which this was. We are careful but this did push the limits.
@@earthlydelights sorry, I called Melissa , Michelle my apologies. Always try and take plenty of water with you in a cooler if necessary.
@@kathystephens7549 no worries but thanks.😊
Hi ladies , you got some great items, what a nice surprise finding the Tiffany jewelry👍
I love 100% cotton fabrics. I will be watching out for vintage fabric and of course it has to be in good condition to put into quilts. Thank you.
Can't wait to see the next video, looking foward to it.😊
Love your videos ❤❤❤
Thank you!!
Always love your videos, now can't wait for the next one you were discussing😳
Thank you!
Really makes you wonder why she’d have left to never return to collect her things, perhaps she had a medical emergency or something? 8:05 it’s really great you guys were able to get some really great things & they won’t end up in the landfill or something!
The gold/silver etc testers are inexpensive on Amazon. Yall sell so much jewelry you might profit by purchasing a kit. Love your videos. 😊
Love your wonderful way of speaking and sharing your adventures.
The harder you work, the luckier you get! It is my summertime goal to come down to your flea market booth! I am so happy for you guys, you seem to have found your calling! PS keep the fish...🐠
That would be great! If you’re on Facebook, follow Beacon Flea Market since it could be cancelled due to rain. I should keep the fish, you’re right.
Thanks for sharing your experience..the previous owners must have felt that you cared and appreciated their belongings. Lucky you 👻
They had very good energy. 🐱
I'm looking forward to all your upcoming videos! I've always been into the paranormal. It's fascinating to me, and I can hardly wait for you to share your experience! A lot of people don't believe in it, but I think it's because their close-minded and scared of what they don't understand! The spiritual world exists, good or bad, it's reality! Thanks for sharing and opening up to us. Keep on picking. ✌️😊
Thanks for your comment. If I didn’t take the time to think about what happened I probably would have just moved on I’m but glad I dug deeper and thought about the feeling I had because that’s when I started thinking it was something more than the physical world at work.
Wonderful video, thanks for sharing ♥️
You’re welcome. Thanks for watching!
Love your videos!
Thank you!
I’m new to your channel and love it so much! You’re both amazing. Thank you so much and you’re a beast at picking. 😅
Thanks so much! Welcome!
Truly fascinating! So happy you did the haul, the emotion just adds to the beauty of all the treasures. I can’t wait for the next video.
Couldn’t agree more.
Kelly, this video hit home. I recently went to a local estate sale. I literally had the same thoughts about the collections left behind by the owners. It's really sad, and everything you said resonated with me. The story at the end 😮 I can't wait to see the video.
I really appreciate hearing that you experienced this as well. It definitely lingers with you. I can’t wait to try to translate the experience to video.
I look forward to your videos every week and I can't wait to see the next one. I feel the same way when I go to estate sales
Thanks so much.
I’m so excited to see the NJ animal house pick, I love a good “energy” story too! I love how you work together, I was concerned for you at this pick when you said a couple of times that you had to leave now cause you weren’t feeling well. That heat is your enemy when you’re exerting yourself for such a long time. Be careful!
Thanks for your concern. Some of the estate sales do get a bit physically challenging and it’s good to know one’s limit. I definitely hydrated and rested after this one.
Ok, now I’m freaked out! I can’t wait to see the next video! I need to say that I have been missing your videos. I keep checking for a new one, but it’s not there. I blamed your booths for taking up your time. I know how bizarre, or creepy this sounds, but it’s true. You guys are my favorite reselling videos, and I have watched them all. I love the flea market, I love buttons, ribbons, and vintage sewing notions! I love vintage Christmas! Your friend that always comes to the flea market, that showed you here art room!!! I have watched that video about 5 times! I would like to live in that room. Lock me in there & don’t let me out!
Anyway, I am so happy you are back & will be taking us to estate sales with you!
We post a video every week and if you would like to turn on notifications on our page, you will get one when each video drops. We would love to produce more but time makes it challenging. We appreciate you letting us know you like the videos! It keeps us going.
Thanks for showing the haul up close. Super fun and interesting.
Thank you!
Wow, very exciting. Congrats on such great finds. Can't wait to see the next video.
Thanks!
Wow, slightly freaky on the next video, can't wait to see. Congrats on the unexpected finds and hitting 3000+!
Thanks!!
Thanks for the haul video, great picks.
You left us on a cliffhanger. I'm anxious to see/hear more about your "experiences." As always, I look forward to your next video.
Thanks! I hope didn’t hype it too much but it was quite a unique experience.
@@earthlydelights I like the way the two of you share. You are genuine and real and I appreciate it.
At 19:51, I think it's a button cover. It slides on over a plain button.
Button cover! Yes I think that’s what that is. 👍
Yes, I think the mannequin head is from the 1970s - maybe early 80's. You found some really great stuff!
Thanks for weighing in about the mannequin!
I love your vids
Thank you!
I’m looking for where the flea market is where you sell? What a great estate sale
It’s the Beacon flea market in Beacon NY.
Is your apricot seed basket available?
I think it sold. So sorry!
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤ I believe in spirits been around sometimes they die suddenly and don't realise they are dead then stay earth bound .
Great one🫶
OMG button and buckle dream
Yes remember you said she was a collector maybe she was a picker like us and collected all these things they wanted. I buy sell trade and keep so sometimes we don’t know if she was a picker collector or keeper just saying
Oh, yeah. There's another sort of being[s] around. If an object makes you feel negative or weird, don't bring it home. The less you acknowledge them the better off you are. An abundance of caution is a good thing.
GOD BLESS YOU GUYS. AND I LOVE DEGGING .....AND I LOVE GARAGE SALE. STATE SALES. DEGGENG FOR JEWELRY
Thank you!
Iam a sucker for buttons
I’ve grown to really appreciate them and now always search for buttons when I’m at estate sales.

What's your ebay name for purchase please 🙏
Can you please give the name of your eBay store? I have tried in vain to find it. Thanks!
Sure! Its earthlydelightsstore
@@earthlydelights Oh, thank you! I didn't know about the "store" part. :)
Also, could you possibly let me pay you to help me identify and possibly price some antique furniture? Or perhaps refer me to someone who may be able to help? I will lay of course ☺️
That’s not really our area of expertise. Sorry we can’t be of help in that area.
My stuff is STUFF STUFF STUFF MOSTLY THINGS I BOUGHT TO KEEP OR RESELL. HOME IS USED AS STORAGE BASEMENT FULL SND SPARE GUEST ROOM UPSTAIRS FULL. NO ONE TO HELP ME ORGANIZE OR SORT. NEED TO PHOTOGRAPH SELL ON A PLATFORM SOMEWHERE HAVE thousands of pieces of clothing collectibles etc. HELP
