कैफे स्टाइल कोल्ड कॉफी की आसान रेसिपी | classic cold coffee recipe | mocha | hazelnut | iced latte
Cold coffee
INGREDIENTS
To brew coffee
250 ml water
3 tsp instant coffee powder
Classic coffee
50 ml coffee decoction
1 tbsp sugar
200 ml milk
6 cubes ice
2 tbsp cream
2 scoop ice cream
1 tsp cocoa powder
Chocolate chip mocha
1 tbsp chocolate chip
1 tsp cocoa powder
50 ml coffee decoction
3 tbsp cream
1 tbsp sugar
200 ml milk
1 scoop ice cream
7 cubes ice
Garnish
whipped cream in piping bag
Choco chips
Cocoa powder
Nutella cold coffee
1 tbsp nutella
7 cubes of ice
80 ml coffee decoction
3 tbsp cooking cream
1 scoop vanilla ice cream
Garnish
whipped cream
hazelnut
Choco chip for garnish
Iced latte
1 tbsp cream
100 ml milk
80 ml coffee decoction
10 nos ice cubes
Method
For brewing coffee bring water to a 85 degree boil add coffee and switch off the flame.
Let the coffee brew for 2 minutes.
For classic cold coffee
Blend together coffee decoction, sugar, milk, and ice cubes with cream, ice cream to a smooth blend.
Pour it into glass garnish with scoop of ice cream and dust cocoa powder.
For chocolate chip mocha
Blend together chocolate chip, cocoa powder, coffee decoction, cream, sugar, milk, ice cream and ice cubes to a smooth blend.
Pour it into glass garnish with whipped cream garnish with chocolate chips.
For Nutella cold coffee
Blend together nutella, ice, coffee decoction, cooking cream, vanilla ice cream to a smooth blend.
Pour it into glass garnish with whipped cream ganrish with hazelnut and chocolate chips.
Iced latte
Mix together cream and milk to make it thick
Fill glass with ice, pour coffee decoction, pour thick milk, if you want to make decoction strong please add more coffee decoction.

Four cold coffee treats to beat the summer and Sir as you rightly said such treats are very very costly outside... and we can make like this at home so easily... Hazelnut one was tooooooo gooooooood... I didn't know Nutella cud be used like this... To add to it that vanilla scoop of icecream 😋👍❤️...
