    Portobello Mushroom Recipe:
    Ingredients:
    4 large portobello mushrooms
    1 large white onion
    100g baby spinach
    200g bacon
    Mozzarella & cheese mix (grated)
    Olive oil
    Salt
    Pepper
    Instructions:
    1. Remove the stems from the mushrooms using a knife and set them aside for the filling.
    2. Chop the stems and edges of the mushrooms and set them aside for the filling.
    3. Put the bacon in a pan over medium heat and add the onions and mushroom pieces. Cook until the bacon is done and the onions are soft.
    4. Season with salt and pepper.
    5. Add the baby spinach at the end and turn off the heat.
    6. Scoop the mixture into the mushrooms and add half of the grated cheese. Mix together.
    7. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and place the stuffed mushrooms in a baking dish. Cover with foil and bake for about 25 minutes.
    8. Remove the foil, top with the remaining cheese, and bake in the oven again until the cheese is browned.
    Serve hot and enjoy!
