That was a tie. S7 looked like it loaded faster because it loaded partially before it loaded fully. (Whereas iphone didnt load partially but loaded fully straightaway.

The Hub sure. I prefer to adjust the colour that i want manually (you cant do that on the iphone) and also the s7 edge display is still way brighter and have a lot more contrast and detail. and WTH it is almost a two years old device!!!

The future is bleak. No Android 9.
Note 5 was a very good phone for its time, until Samsung gave up on it with Android O. So much for pushing users to upgrade to the Note 8. Yet the 6s Plus released at the same time still gets iOS 11 and runs like a dream, and will get updates for 3 more years. (Updates are very important. My S4 from 2013 which is maxed out at KitKat can't run my robot cleaner app because the software version is too old and not compatible, yet my iPad 2 from 2011 runs it fine with 2016's iOS 9.3.5 )

I've had my s7 edge for 2.5 years now. Its got a slight crack in the top left corner, a few dead pixels from dropping it in an elevator, and minor scratches on the screen. I can buy the iphone x for $99 on a 2 year contract. Still finding it difficult to find a reason to switch. The s7 edge is really such a great phone. It has its issues, like the faulty screen with the infamous pink line and now dead pixels where that line used to be after samsung replaced the screen for me and just general old phone stutters and infrequent freezing. But the screen is so incredible, still gets all of samsungs updates, and still get 4 hours screen on. Its definitely an amazing phone
This test is not that good in terms of the s7 edge because s7 edge would completely destroy iphone X if you go to developer settings on edge then change all the animation settings to none so apps wont have short delay and open as quickly as you touch it

Tbh , buying an iPhone isn't worth it. At all. I don't find a reason for someone to get an iPhone , okay if you are rich and stuff okay go get it , but today I see 10 year olds having iPhones , there so many good phones out there that are better than an iPhone , I must admit , the iPhones are beautiful phones I'm not fighting you on that but I believe that if you get an iPhone you only get it for you to show that "Oh I have an iPhone!" There phones out there that are very very very similar to the iPhone and it's just isn't worth the money , with 1000+$ my family could afford a year of rent with shopping for food , I'd rather spend 1000$ on saving it or buying food because phones in the end will break or something new will come up and you just have to get it.

Optimization can do ALOT to iron and smooth out games.
For example the Power VR inside the 6s is actually weaker than say the Adreno 530 AND the Mali12 (Exynos inside the s7 edge)
HOWVERR the iphone 6s games perform better. Why is that? Well games are more optimized for iOS devices. It's not cause of the GPU.
Its soft to say my Mali in my S7 edge is alot more powerful in terms of raw performance and numbers yet the iphone 6s would performed better.

I’m stuck with the Snapdragon variant of the S7. Better GPU than the Exynos, but I would really prefer an octa core 2.3 GHz CPU to a quad core 2.15 GHz CPU.
Pepple say that samsung phones are lag or slowing several months later or a year later. But in this video there is no lag or slowing down. It really depends on how you use the phone. If you use or take care of the phone, then you don't have any problem. Also, the design of the s7 edge looks beautiful even though it has bezel.
its the bloatware and certain apps what cause it to lag am sure of it and people who don't load the phone up with crap stay with a fast phone. Right after you format a phone it's fast again proving its apps what slow it down.
