I would have the dining table next to the kitchen, and move the TV and sofa away from the kitchen space. Makes much more sense. Why would you want your seating area next to the kitchen island ?
This is not a large house at all. It's worth about 4 million or so. It is Toronto and it is Forest Hill though. The only thing I like is the elevator. No outdoor space per say.
The best Home i have ever seen here. has it all, nicely furnished, great outdoor spaces, perfect overall.
